Description
Absolute beach Villa is a beautiful, newly renovated house in Nemira located right on the beach. Sights and sounds of the sea, with no traffic noise are a perfect backdrop for your dream holiday with family and friends, human and furry alike. Large terrace, pool, sun-loungers and barbecue with sea view surround the house and provide everything you need to relax on your holiday.
If you're up for some exploring and adventure, Omiš and Split are nearby with their rich culture, nightlife and a variety of recreation.
Ground floor (110m2) of our villa boast large open space living area, including living room, dinning room and kitchen with all amenities (dish washer, filter coffee and espresso machine, water heater, ice maker, ice cream maker, blenders and mixers, toaster, grill sandwich/waffle maker). Also on the ground floor, there is an additional play room, equipped with pullout sofa, smart TV, PlayStation and play space for children and an extra toilette with washing machine.
First floor (120m2) consists of 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers (3 x double bed and 1 x 2 single beds), all bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, wardrobes and air conditioning. Southern facing bedrooms share a big terrace with beautiful view of the see and the island of Brač.

Absolute beach Villa is located in Nemira - small touristy place near Omiš. It has a lovely restaurant and bar on the beach, just a short beach stroll from the house. Also, in Nemira you can find ATM, grocery shop and coffee place that offers breakfast.
Everything in Nemira is within walking distance. Omiš is 10 minutes and Split 30 minutes drive away. You can also walk along the sea to Omiš (4km), it takes about 40 minutes of light stroll. There is a local bus to Omiš/Split every 30 minutes from the main road.
