A newly renovated, cosy and modern furnished holiday flat with separate entrance and parking space, for 2 max. 4 persons awaits you at Freiberger Weg 3 in Holzhau.
The flat consists of a kitchen-cum-living-room with a sitting area, a sofa bed (which can be used as an extra bed), TV and radio/CD system, a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a terrace. Of course, free Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are also included.
The entire rooms are heated with underfloor heating.

The holiday home is located in the district of Holzhau in the municipality of Rechenberg-Bienenmühle. The beautiful location is characterised by the attractive, quiet and unspoilt landscape in Oberholzhau (altitude 745 m) with a wide view of the Mulde Valley. The spacious property, with climbing tower and sandpit for children, is situated directly on the edge of the forest with direct access to the extensive cross-country skiing network (80 km) and hiking area of Oberholzhau (hiking, inline skating, skating, cycling, mountain biking), and by the possibility of optimal stargazing. The restaurants 'Fischerbaude' and 'Talblick' and others in the lower village are within easy walking distance. In winter, in addition to cross-country skiing, tobogganing on the prepared toboggan slope, downhill skiing (3 lifts) and ice skating are possible. The location of the house is particularly attractive for cross-country skiing in winter, as the high-altitude cross-country ski trail with connection to the 80 km cross-country ski trail network runs directly along the house and Oberholzhau is considered to have guaranteed snow.
