Wellness holiday home with sauna and wood-burning stove.

In Grimersum (approx. 5 km to Greetsiel) with 4 bedrooms (one of them on the ground floor) and 2 shower bathrooms equipped for 8 persons (ideal also for 2 families). The sauna and the wood-burning stove invite you for a holiday not only in summer. The beautiful wooden beam ceiling and the maritime furnishings give the house a very special character.
On the ground floor is the spacious living/dining area with large doors leading to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher, etc.

The directly adjacent storage room houses the washing machine and dryer. The ground floor bathroom has a shower and WC, a bidet and also the sauna.

One of the (parents') bedrooms (double bed) is also located on the ground floor and thus also interesting for bringing grandparents.
On the upper floor there are 3 more bedrooms (1 * double bed, 2 * with 2 single beds each) and another shower-bath.

The house has free internet access.

The nearby canal (50 m away) has a connection to Greestiel and Emden; in summer by (paddle) boat, in winter partly by ice skate!
The house is situated opposite the houses "Kiek-Wiet" and "Wiesenblick" which are also on offer, in an absolutely quiet residential area (dead-end street). A beautiful public playground is only a few steps away, so you can also let the children go there alone.

Location and surroundings of object

The village of Grimersum is about 5 km from Greetsiel, and 15 km from Norddeich and Emden. The dry beach in Upleward is 5 km away.
The small village, with its beautifully preserved village character, is one of the Langwurtendörfer, which were built in the Middle Ages on the shores of estuaries as trading places for Frisian peasant merchants. Parts of the castle site with grave remains are still preserved and can be visited along a footpath.
