Our chalet is part of the farm "Tru" which has been handed down from generation to generation for centuries. Since 2016 our farm is BIO-certified, which means sustainable breeding and cultivation methods for us.
On approx. 120 m² there are two double bedrooms with bathroom and balcony on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living/dining area with wood fireplace.
On the top floor there is a small wellness area with Finnish sauna and bio sauna, Kneipp basin, adventure shower, outdoor whirlpool, tea corner and rest area.
The whole chalet is furnished with local woods. In front of the house there is a terrace, a playground and a herb and vegetable garden from which you can of course help yourself.
The whole chalet is exclusively at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object

Our organic farm with the Chalet Batacör is situated in the heart of the Dolomites in Val Badia. The farm is situated at m with a view on the mountains. We are in the village of Welschellen, but the nearest village centre is Untermoj, which is km away from us. You can reach the centre by car, with the e-bikes we provide or on foot.

The following cancellation fees apply (according to the current General Terms and Conditions of the hotel industry AGBH 2006): - More than 3 months before the date of arrival, no cancellation fees (the deposit is retained) - From 3 to 1 month before the arrival, the cancellation fee is 40% of the total amount of the reservation - From 1 month to 1 week before the arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the total amount of the reservation - In the last week before the arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the total amount of the reservation

additional information:

For your approach: leave the motorway A22 at the exit Vahrn-Pustertal. Drive across the Pustertal valley and follow the signs towards Gadertal. When you arrive in Zwischenwasser, follow the signs to Welschellen. When you arrive in the village of Welschellen, drive another km towards Untermoj, you will find us on the left side of the road. In summer you can also reach us via the Würzjoch, but in winter it is closed in winter, so do not follow the navigation system.
