2 minutes to the nearest bakery to get fresh baguette or delicious

Ground floor: living room with dining area. Kitchen with fitted kitchen. Door to terrace and garden.
1. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds that can be put together. Modern bathroom with shower.
2. First floor: bedroom with double bed in retro style. Dormer windows and wooden beams; very romantic!
96 m² terrace & fully fenced garden without vis-à-vis for romantic evenings for two or barbecues with friends
Garden furniture and barbecue available. Dogs are welcome.
N e u 2020: Double glazed windows, tiles in living room and kitchen, wooden floor on 1st floor. Facade painting.

Location and surroundings of object
The fisherman's house is located in the Rue de Mer, 10 minutes walk from the beach, the Rue de Mer runs parallel to the marina.
It is a one-way street, which means there is little traffic.
Holidaymakers can park free of charge in the street in front of the house; there is also a larger car park (Parking de la Plage) nearby.
As already said: from the house you can reach the sea and the city centre on foot - no stress with searching for a parking space!
Féamp is small but nice, everything is within walking distance (except the big supermarkets and gas stations; it's better that way ;)

Great house in perfect location
We spent two wonderful weeks in Fécamp in Normandy. The location of the house is perfect, quite central yet quiet. Both three bakeries and the pedestrian zone, the beach promenade, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. We took some car tours to either visit cities (e.g., Rouen - highly recommended) or to hike along the beautiful cliffs. And after the return, we were happy to relax in the small garden behind the house in an absolutely quiet location. Thank you very much, Mrs. Hübner, for allowing us to spend our vacation there, and a vacation begins with the reception on site, which was very friendly and warm. We can wholeheartedly recommend both the house and the place.

Beautiful vacation
We had a great time in your holiday home. The location is central in the town of Fecamp. Everything you need is within walking distance (shopping, harbor, dining, drinks...). The fisherman's cottage offers everything you need, is clean, and nicely furnished. Our dog was also welcome, and there was a fenced backyard. The contact was very nice.

Beautiful days in Fécamp
We have now stayed in the Gîte for the second time... and can only say: Everything was perfect! The central location between the beach promenade and the city center is brilliant. Nevertheless, the garden at the back is an oasis of peace. When the sun comes out in the afternoon, you feel like you're in the Mediterranean. Ideal for a holiday with a dog, the garden is escape-proof. Our Slovakian Bracke certainly didn't find a way out, and that says something. The apartment is well-equipped and very charmingly furnished. The combination of old and modern has its own charm. Even in typical Normandy weather, you can pass the time here comfortably. For those who are not Francophiles, there are also a good handful of German TV channels on top. Dear Mrs. Hübner, we will gladly come back - even if Larousse is no longer on the shelf :) :) :) Small suggestion for improvement: The steep stairs up are not for the faint-hearted, a second (continuous) handrail as a "climbing aid" would be great. Like a ship's rope, for example...

Very nice accommodation.
We were greeted very warmly in Fécamp. The holiday home is equipped with everything you need and is very lovingly furnished. The house is centrally located to the harbor, but still offers peace and quiet. Shopping opportunities are quickly reachable on foot, as well as numerous restaurants. There are playgrounds for children on the promenade. Fécamp is simply a charming little town with a great harbor. We already miss the atmosphere, the sound of the sea, and the sight of the cliffs very much.

Very beautiful vacation.
We spent a relaxing time in the pretty fisherman's house with our dog. The on-site house management was extremely good and helpful. The location and equipment of the holiday home were very good. We slept wonderfully and miss Fecamp with its beautiful harbor, many restaurants, shops, market, and special landscape very much.

Ein kleiner Einwand zur Bewertung: für Skiurlaub nicht geeignet ;)
...aber für
Wanderungen über die Klippen (mit und ohne Hund), Yoga am Strand, Fischmarkt am Hafen usw.
Ich vermisse Fécamp auch immer, wenn ich wieder in Trier bin.

Bonjour, my name is Anke HÜBNER. I have lived in Normandy for 11 years. March 2011 I returned to Germany with my sons after the death of my husband. In spring 2020 I fulfilled my heart's desire and bought a fisherman's house in Fécamp. A dream has come true: to walk to the sea to swim, surf or just to relax. Listening to the waves and the seagulls, enjoying endless freedom, free view to the horizon, where the blue of the sea blurs with the blue of the Fécamp is a small old harbour town - with many nice and open-minded inhabitants; not yet so touristically we market the bigger Etretat.
