Charming original summer house with large natural garden, up to max. 12 people, on disused railway line.

The capital can be reached in less than 2 hours by bike and train and is therefore ideally suited for a day trip, Potsdam is just as convenient to visit.
The region itself offers tranquillity between water, meadows and forests, pretty towns and industrial monuments,
lake Kiebitz is about an hour away by bike,
the Louise briquette factory is 20 km away,
the F60 conveyor bridge is an hour's drive away and well worth a visit,
hartenfels Castle with the bears in nearby Torgau,
The foothills of the Spreewald and the Sielmann region are ideal for nature and animal lovers,
herzberg has a zoo, a climbing course, bicycle and canoe hire and a swimming pool. The Wonnemar thermal baths are 20 km away in Bad Liebewerda,
Leipzig and Dresden are both a good hour's drive away and just as attractive as Berlin.
The holiday home has a large outdoor area and a sauna in the basement.
There are two equally divided flats with 2 rooms, a chamber, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor, in the attic there are still 2 rooms in reserve.
The furniture is kept variable with stackable beds and a table in each room, these pieces of furniture can be transported everywhere, so that a long table of four tables placed next to each other is possible, also the bed constellation is easily changeable.
Dishwasher, espresso machine... etc. also all linen incl. bathrobes and sauna towels provide a pleasant standard, barbecue and deckchairs are available.
There are tiled stoves in the house, which ensure cosiness even in bad weather.
A large table with benches invites you to stay outside, in case of rain you can move into the annex.
Directly adjacent to the property is the botanical garden, with the city park behind it,
the Schwarz-Elster cycle path runs along here, and in a few minutes you can be on the dyke cycle path.
During the heating season the overnight price is higher, 180 / night up to 8 persons.

Beautiful for a cosy group or family holiday
It's easy to get there from Berlin by public transport.
Herzberg is not as desolate as some Brandenburg towns. With the stream and the old houses. There's even a petting zoo with lots of animals, completely free.
The house is also old and charming with nostalgia-inducing tiled stoves.
The kitchen equipment is top-notch, with a good milk frother. And at the sauna there are bathrobes, towels and oils for the infusion. We had a nice cosy long weekend there and can imagine coming back.
