The beach house Auszeit can be found at the holiday park De Keizerskroon, which is one of the most popular holiday parks in Julianadorp and even in the North of Holland. It is situated in the middle of the beautiful tulip fields and right next to the dunes
On 110 sqm you will find spacious and well-divided premises. This on a fully fenced meadow property of 440 sqm with trees and bushes that bloom wonderfully in spring. Enough space for sunbathing, playing and also romping around for children and dogs. On the ground floor there are 2 shower bathrooms with washbasin and mirror cabinet, hairdryer and illuminated make-up mirror as well as toilet.
One of the bathrooms is a small wellness oasis with sauna and walk-in, very large rainshower shower.
The light-flooded living room includes a living room with leather couch and 2 armchairs for 6-7 persons and a modern fireplace for cosy winter or cooler summer days. A 65-inch Smart TV offers you the possibility to use the German TV programmes and streaming platforms in large format
The adjoining, open kitchen impresses with its SMEG gas stove with 6 flames and 3 ovens, as well as the SMEG kitchen appliances, which are colour-coordinated like the rest of the furniture. In addition to the filter coffee machine, we also offer a fully automatic coffee maker / espresso machine.
A dinette with room for 8 people is separated by a partition and is surrounded by large windows and a ground-floor sliding glass door front
An electric awning offers protection from too much sun and at the same time protects the spacious adjacent terrace. On this terrace you will find a large dining table with 6 chairs and a cosy lounge corner for the evening hours.
If it is a bit windy, you can secure your protection with 2 rollable wind protection walls made of clear glass
One bedroom with box spring bed 180 x 200 m and large wardrobe, as well as a Smart TV 55 inch. A small storage room is located underneath the stairs to the upper floor. Here you will find the washing machine with dryer function, an ironing board with a large shelf for the steam iron which is also stored here
On the top floor there are 2 bedrooms with 1 box spring bed 140 x 200 m each. A Smart TV in each room. An air conditioning system with remote control for each bedroom
A small dressing table or desk and a small sitting area for all those who want to let off steam on the Playstation 4 Slim
Of course, we have chosen a very high standard throughout the whole house. Everything, from the couch to the bed linen is of high quality and should make your stay as pleasant as possible.

For cancellations from day 14 up to the day of arrival itself, 100% of the travel price is due. It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
