Enjoy your peaceful holidays in our holiday flat at Zuchthof Neuland Stud. Nestled in paddocks and idyllic nature lies your holiday home Arthuus. The old Niedersachsenhof has been lovingly renovated and furnished with antiques and works of art by international artists. The rose garden in front of the house blooms in lush splendour in summer and invites you to linger. There is a garden pavilion in the sculpture garden and you have your own terrace with garden furniture
The holiday home is equipped with 3 bedrooms (1 double, queen and single bed each), a spacious kitchen, a dining room and a living room. The bathroom has a washing machine.
In the sculpture garden there is a pavilion and a small private terrace with garden furniture. A small electric barbecue is also at your disposal.

The Alte Land invites you to cycle tours and visits to the small historic towns. The Elbe beach is about 5 km from the holiday home. The historic Hanseatic town of Stade with its inland port is in the immediate vicinity. Shopping facilities for daily needs are in Drochtersen, 3 km away. The Elbe metropolis of Hamburg is about 50 km away and invites you with many attractions and sights for musicals, theatre or shopping. Long walks on the Elbe dike, sailing and a luxurious spa are among the many leisure activities in the area.
