Everything is fine.

The holiday apartment is ideally located by the lake. Just across the street and you're there. What is a big advantage is also a disadvantage. The road. It is heavily trafficked and you can hear it constantly. But who sits in the house all day when the lake is right across? The hostess was already expecting us and showed us where we can park on the property and gave us a detailed tour of the apartment. She also had a small welcome surprise for us. The apartment is absolutely sufficient. In the kitchen, everything needed was available. In the bedroom, there were two large wardrobes, and there were seating and lounging options for the balconies.
Ms. Perotti also took care of us during our stay and asked if anything was missing.
I can definitely imagine becoming a repeat offender.
Thank you once again.

A super beautiful vacation

The apartment has an exceptionally good location right by the lake. The garden and surroundings are very clean and are daily maintained, watered, and cleaned by the exceedingly nice landlord. We felt very comfortable and would gladly vacation there again. The only disadvantage is the road that runs in front of the house. The cars are not really the problem; it’s the loud motorcycles that eventually become annoying. For the guests, there are also parking options directly at the house, which I greatly appreciate. There is a very nice path along the lake right by the water with many opportunities for swimming and sunbathing. It is also quieter there, and traffic is almost inaudible. A small supermarket is just a few minutes' walk away. Everything important is available there.
Lorena, thank you very much for the wonderful vacation and hopefully see you soon.

Great week at Lake Garda

We had a wonderful week's holiday on Lake Garda. The village of Assenza is small, but not overcrowded. The flat is very clean and practically equipped, nothing is missing and you have a fantastic view directly onto the lake. Shopping facilities, bars and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The lake can be reached directly via the shore road and there is a choice of various small beaches.
Many thanks again to the lovely hostess Signora Perotti, who was always helpful with tips on excursions and other things.
We will be happy to come back.

Stayed at Lorena's for 10 days, on the first floor, with a great view of the lake, a short walk across the street to the beach. The apartment has everything you need. Parking on the property. Lorena takes great care of her guests. New towels. Beach loungers. We really enjoyed it. Can't say about German TV programs. Never turned on the TV. Also great, a restaurant/pizzeria right next to the house. A successful holiday at Lake Garda for us overall.
