The house is located on the famous beach of Cala Pira, a few km from Villasimius and Costa Rei (about 55 minutes from the city of Cagliari and the airport).
It is composed of:
2 bedrooms, one with double bed, one with 2 single beds of 90x200 from which is extracted the 3rd bed always of 90x200 (thus forming a double bed of 180x200 + the single bed of 90x200), both equipped with wardrobe, double for the double room;
2 bathrooms with shower, sink, bidet and toilet (one with exclusive access from the double bedroom);
kitchenette with dishwasher, cooker with 4 burners and fridge with microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, crockery for 12 people;
large open space consisting of dining room (table for 8 people) and living room with double sofa bed
Large well-kept gardens with Mediterranean scrub and large Eucalyptus to ensure privacy towards the sea, well lit at night, the front one (400 sqm) with direct access to the beach, the rear one of 200 sqm with 1 parking space.
Exterior spaces covered by important verandas:
large patio that forms a single large veranda composed of a living room with double sofa in masonry,
outdoor dining room (8/10 seats), outdoor kitchen with 3 single 32 cm burners with double sink, additional fridge for under-floor dining, large barbecue;
large outdoor shower with hot water;
additional large veranda at the back of the house.
Storage room with column fridge (H 186 cm) equipped with freezer, 7 kg washing machine, 80 lt. water heater.
The house is equipped with 40-inch TV with free satellite TV, triple air conditioner with heat pump (one for each bedroom and in the open space which is composed of dining room and living room), ADSL internet, drinking water, 5000 lt reserve water tank (with well water) for irrigation.

The main services (Pharmacy, Bank, Postal Services, Medical Guard, etc etc etc) are located in the nearby village of Villasimius which is only 12 Km = 12 minutes by car.
The nearest supermarket and tobacconist is 5 km away.
The resale of locally produced fruit and vegetables (zero km) are 4 km away
