2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds), kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet on the 1st floor, living room with fireplace, sun terrace and balcony - a summer dream. The thatched house has been completely renovated and refurbished in 2021
All rooms are bright and friendly. The new kitchen has a coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, microwave, cooker with ceramic hob and oven as well as fridge with freezer compartment. The entire house is covered with easy-care designer flooring.
The bathroom on the ground floor has a floor-to-ceiling shower, washbasin and toilet. The guest toilet on the 1st floor has a toilet and washbasin. The sun terrace has a garden table, 4 chairs and a gas barbecue.

Location and surroundings of object
The Deich Huus is located only 100 m from the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord in Kappeln. Your holiday begins in a quiet 30m zone at the end of a dead-end street right next to the forest. From here you can enjoy the Baltic Sea and nature. The Schlei region offers a variety of excursions and activities for the whole family, couples and singles. Be it the well-developed network of cycle paths, the sea only 6-8 km away with its bathing beaches and the wide range of water sports (sailing, canoeing/kayaking and motor boating). A marina is only about 500m from the house. If you like fishing, you can get a holiday fishing permit from the town of Kappeln and the fishing area between Arnis and Kappeln is right on your doorstep. For children, the Tolk Show is nearby, as well as a mini golf course in Olpenitz, a corn maze and the barefoot park in Schwackendorf. Not to forget the beautiful town centre of Kappeln, which attracts with its romantic maritime flair. Here you will find numerous shopping facilities as well as restaurants

Ruhiges und sauberes Ferienhaus zum Entspannen
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und liegt in ruhiger Lage mit gemütlicher Terrasse und Garten. Es ist alles super sauber und man fühlt sich von Anfang an sehr wohl. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und man bekommt schnell Antwort auf Anfragen.
Die schöne Umgebung von Schlei und Ostsee kann man sehr gut mit dem Fahrad erkunden.
Kann ich sehr empfehlen.

Ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus
Wir haben 2 tolle Wochen in diesem schönen, super sauberen und sehr gut und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Ruhige waldrandnahe und Schlei-nahe Lage, ein Bolzplatz sowie ein Spielplatz sind in der Nähe, das Zentrum Kappeln ist grundsätzlich sogar per Fuss erreichbar (ca. 35-40 Minuten mit Kind?, Auto ca. 5-10 Minuten, wenn die Brückenöffnung es zulässt). Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der näheren und ferneren Umgebung, Langeweile kommt da für Groß und Klein nicht auf. Und für ruhige Auszeiten kann man wunderbar auf der Terrasse sitzen und ist von viel Grün umgeben. Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen und freuen uns auf ein Wiederkommen. Die Kommunikation mit den sehr netten Vermietern war immer prompt und sehr gut. Viele Grüße!!

Schönes und ruhiges Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist sehr gut an einem Wendehammer und am Wald gelegen und war wunderbar ruhig. Der eingewachsene Garten mit Terrasse war toll und hat sehr zur entspannten Atmosphäre beigetragen, die das ganze Hausgrundstück ausstrahlt. Wir haben von dort viele schöne Ausflüge gemacht und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir kommen gern wieder.

Schönes Feriendomizil zum Entspannen
Das Haus hat einen schön umwachsenen, nicht einsehbaren Garten und ist innen modern eingerichtet. Es liegt nahe bei einem kleinen Yachthafen an der Schlei. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt und können es nur weiterempfehlen!
