With its modern design and thoughtful layout, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Suitable for up to eight guests, the villa features a heated pool and a spacious terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful summer days.
Upon entering the villa, you will be greeted by a spacious entrance hall with a large glass wall that offers a direct view of the terrace and pool, immediately setting the holiday mood. On the ground floor, there is an open living area that combines a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The large dining table can accommodate eight people, while the living room is furnished with a leather sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two people. A large 55-inch TV provides entertainment on relaxed evenings.
From the living room, you reach the spacious terrace which features a heated 26 sqm pool. The terrace is completely fenced, ensuring absolute privacy. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and sunbathe, while the covered part of the terrace is equipped with a large dining table for eight people. For barbecue enthusiasts, a high-quality Weber grill is available, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and the sea in the distance. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of Crikvenica in the distance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality Serta mattresses; two of them also feature their own 42-inch TV. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, and all beds and towels are ready upon your arrival.
Villa Rossa is designed to allow comfortable living throughout the year. During the summer months, the air conditioning ensures a pleasant coolness in all rooms, while the underfloor heating and the heated pool provide comfort in spring and fall. All windows are equipped with shutters to keep out heat and ensure privacy.

Together, the two villas offer plenty of space for relaxation and socializing, whether on the terrace by the pool or in the comfortable interiors.

Vacation with Dogs
We were warmly welcomed by Mr. Hunski (contact 1 hour before arrival). Also reachable at any time if needed!!! Our suggestion was that a toaster in the kitchen wouldn't be bad, and the next day the wish was fulfilled, thank you again for that. Maybe a microwave for quick heating as well ;)
German TV programs were also set up for us, very nice.
My husband and I were there with our two dogs... The property is not completely fenced (a garden gate would complement this!
There is also no proper fence around the heated pool to the adjacent property; there are cats (just be careful with dogs)!
The furnishings in the house are top-notch. . .
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with a bathroom, insect screens are available, and the air conditioning works very well.
Having a car for vacation is very advantageous; the whole island of Krk is simply stunning, and taking the ferry to Cres is also recommended. It was a very nice and relaxing vacation for us

Highly recommended!
The location is highly recommended. You can reach all the beautiful places/beaches in a maximum of 20-30 minutes. A small supermarket with everything you need is in Šilo (4 km, 8 min). What was/is negative and can be addressed:
- no microwave
- no Wi-Fi on the upper floor and terrace
- pool heating was out (20.5 degrees)
What unfortunately cannot be changed:
- little sun on the pool and terraces at the beginning of September (north side)
- in the evenings, the seating area on the terrace is in an uncomfortable draft and during the day there is no sun (covered).
We will book again!

Beautiful villa
We have arrived and immediately felt at home. The landlord is always available. There is nothing missing in the villa. The villa is perfect for 6 people. Each room in the upper area is equipped with a separate toilet, shower, and air conditioning. However, a car is needed to reach the beach. On foot or by bike, the routes would have been too hilly and too long for us. In summary, there is nothing to complain about, and it was a dream vacation in Villa Rossa!

Top satisfaction
The Villa Rossa was as described! Very clean and equipped with everything we needed! The pool was also clean and a dream for the kids (splashing around before breakfast)...
The gentleman who took care of us and our needs was also very nice and available immediately when we had questions.
What unfortunately didn't work out quite as well was the internet, but you can handle that too (after all, you're on vacation)!
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we would definitely go there again!
