Upon entering the villa, you are welcomed by a generous entrance hall with a large glass wall that offers a direct view of the terrace and pool, immediately setting a holiday mood. On the ground floor there is an open living area, which combines a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The large dining table can accommodate eight people, while the living room is furnished with a leather couch that can be converted into an additional bed for two people. A large 55-inch TV provides entertainment for relaxed evenings.
From the living room, you access the spacious terrace with a heated 26 sqm pool. The terrace is completely fenced, ensuring total privacy. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and sunbathe, while the covered part of the terrace is equipped with a large dining table for eight people. For barbecue enthusiasts, a high-quality Weber grill is available, perfect for preparing delicious meals outdoors.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms offer a magnificent view of the surrounding nature and the sea in the distance. At night, you can see the twinkling lights of Crikvenica in the distance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality Serta mattresses, two of which also feature their own 42-inch TV. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, and all beds and towels are ready upon your arrival.
Villa Terra is designed to provide comfortable living throughout the year. In the summer months, the air conditioning in all rooms provides pleasant coolness, while the underfloor heating and heated pool ensure comfort in spring and autumn. All windows are equipped with roller shutters to keep out heat and ensure privacy.

Arrive and feel comfortable!
The villa looks like in the pictures.
You arrive and the vacation begins.
The pool is heated all year round.
We have already booked multiple times... and have already done it again for 2024.
3 rooms with separate bathrooms plus a guest toilet, what more could you want.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Price/performance is TOP!
Contact person Mr. Hunski is super nice and immediately available to handle small things and help if needed.

Villa Terra
The Villa Terra is located in a quiet area, the beach is not far away, and a shopping town (Crikvenica) (souvenirs, food, etc.) is also not far. The house is nicely furnished and really cozy, the landlord of the house is very friendly and nice.
