Villa Terra is the perfect choice for a relaxing and luxurious vacation on the island of Krk. With its modern architecture and thoughtful design, it offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is designed for up to eight guests and features a heated pool as well as a spacious, fully fenced terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful summer days.
Upon entering the villa, you are greeted by a spacious entrance hall with a large glass wall that offers a direct view of the terrace and pool, immediately creating a holiday atmosphere. On the ground floor is the open living area, which combines a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction cooktop, an oven, and a dishwasher. The large dining table seats eight people, while the living room is furnished with a leather couch that can be converted into an additional bed for two people. A large 55-inch TV provides entertainment on relaxing evenings.
From the living room, you access the spacious terrace with a heated pool of 26 m². The terrace is completely fenced, guaranteeing absolute privacy. Sun loungers by the pool invite you to relax and sunbathe, while the covered part of the terrace is equipped with a large dining table for eight people. For barbecue fans, a high-quality Weber grill is available, perfect for preparing delicious meals outdoors.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The bedrooms offer a wonderful view of the surrounding nature and, in the distance, the sea. At night, you can see the sparkling lights of Crikvenica in the distance. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality Serta mattresses, two of them also have their own 42-inch TV. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, and all beds and towels are ready upon your arrival.
Villa Terra is designed to provide comfortable living all year round. In the summer months, air conditioning in all rooms ensures pleasant coolness, while underfloor heating and the heated pool provide comfort in spring and autumn. All windows are equipped with shutters to keep out the heat and ensure privacy.

The villa also offers ample parking next to the house. Villa Terra is designed as a standalone house, adjacent to the neighboring Villa Rossa, which is also designed for up to eight guests. Together, the two villas offer plenty of space for relaxation and social gatherings, whether on the pool terrace or in the comfortable interiors.

A thoroughly successful stay
We had a wonderful stay at Villa Terra and can recommend it without reservation. The booking process was uncomplicated and smooth. The villa is very well-maintained, clean, and fully equipped. You can immediately tell that a lot of value is placed on comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. Special praise goes to the owner, Mr. Hunski. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always reachable. Even with a small problem, he was immediately on the spot and took care of it right away. Such a dedicated host is rare.
Thank you very much for the great time – we felt completely comfortable and would love to come back!

Arrive and feel comfortable!
The villa looks like in the pictures.
You arrive and the vacation begins.
The pool is heated all year round.
We have already booked multiple times... and have already done it again for 2024.
3 rooms with separate bathrooms plus a guest toilet, what more could you want.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Price/performance is TOP!
Contact person Mr. Hunski is super nice and immediately available to handle small things and help if needed.

Villa Terra
The Villa Terra is located in a quiet area, the beach is not far away, and a shopping town (Crikvenica) (souvenirs, food, etc.) is also not far. The house is nicely furnished and really cozy, the landlord of the house is very friendly and nice.

Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Man merkt sofort, dass viel Wert auf Komfort und Wohlfühlatmosphäre gelegt wird.
Ein besonderes Lob geht an den Eigentümer, Herrn Hunski. Er ist unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Selbst bei einem kleinen Problem war er sofort zur Stelle und hat sich umgehend darum gekümmert. So einen engagierten Gastgeber erlebt man selten.
Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Zu jeder Jahreszeit ist der Pool beheizt.
Wir buchten bereits mehrfach...und haben es für 2024 schon wieder getan. ?
3 Zimmer mit separaten Bädern plus Gäste-WC, was will man mehr.
Küche ist komplett ausgestattet.
Preis/Leistung ist TOP!
Ansprechpartner Herr Hunski ist super nett und sofort zur Stelle/ erreichbar, um Kleinigkeiten zu regeln und bei Bedarf zu helfen.
