Description

Beautiful large detached holiday home on a 750 sqm plot. The port of Scharendijke is 300m away and the town center with a restaurant about 500m. You can reach the fine sandy beach, which stretches for kilometers, in 5 minutes by bike.

The house has 3 bedrooms - 2 rooms with double beds 180 x 200 m and 1 children's room with a bunk bed 2x (0.90 x 200m) - and is equipped with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, and another bathroom with a bathtub. The large living area consists of a living room with a corner sofa, two armchairs, and a television. The stove is located in the transition to the dining area. The kitchen and a small adjacent room are accessible through an open connection. You can reach the beautiful garden through numerous sliding doors, making you feel outdoors even when inside. For e-bike enthusiasts, we have space in the garden shed so the bikes can be parked safely and dry! For more information call 017673210141.

Great vacation

We had a great vacation here, the house is equipped with everything (dishwasher, washing machine, stove), it was very clean. We were there with 2 dogs and it wasn't far to the Grevelingen Sea, where our dogs could also swim great. We enjoyed these 9 days and would always go back there.

Summer holidays in Achthoek 16

The holiday home was really as described and left no wishes unfulfilled. Everything that is needed was present (more than in some other houses), and there was nothing to complain about regarding cleanliness. Communication with Mr. Schnitzler went very well and was always friendly. He was open and approachable for all questions. All processes went smoothly, and we really felt very comfortable in the house. It should be noted that one must find a solution if one needs to use a laptop and similar devices during the vacation, as there is no Wi-Fi. However, using the hotspot from the phone worked well enough for us. It is also worth mentioning that the large garden is surrounded by green bushes but is not fenced, so dogs and small children could quickly leave the property. We solved the problem regarding our dogs quite simply with long leashes that we attached to the conveniently located tree. Overall, we really enjoyed it, and this was definitely not our last vacation in this house. If the property had been fenced, I would have given five stars for the amenities as well.

Good recovery

The house has a comprehensive range of amenities and meets almost all wishes (only Wi-Fi is missing). We enjoyed our time very much and felt comfortable right away. The Feel Good Service welcomed us very kindly and brought us the key. The beds are very good and comfortable. We have had other experiences on-site. The house was very clean and the outdoor facilities well-maintained. The location is absolutely top: short distances to the supermarket and the marina. Highly recommendable. Not to forget: Mr. Schnitzler is a very nice, caring, and accommodating landlord. We would love to come back!

Restful days

My husband and I, along with our two adult children and our small dog, stayed in Mr. Schnitzler's house for a few days. It is a beautiful large house with lots of windows, making it very bright, and we immediately felt very comfortable. Everything you need is available. The location is very quiet and the property is not visible from the outside. The nearby supermarket can be easily reached on foot in 5 minutes, and there is a path through the Achthoek to the marina, which is also very close. We walked half an hour to the beach.
What was really great was the direct and very friendly contact with Mr. Schnitzler. If we go to Scharendijke again as a group of four, we will definitely stay at Achthoek 16 again.

Nice stay at Achthoek 16.

I can only recommend the accommodation. The location is perfect. The supermarket can be reached on foot in three minutes. The house is spacious, all rooms are on one level. The garden is also very large and has many shade-giving trees, but unfortunately it is only fenced with a hedge and open towards the entrance. We were there with our dogs and coped well with it. If you had runaway dogs, they would have to be tied up, which would not be a problem with the many large trees in the garden. The kitchen is also quite new and very well equipped. We didn't miss anything.

Great holiday with dog

The object is as described on the internet. Everything is furnished appropriately. Nothing is missing, even if you may have forgotten something from home. There are a few small flaws, but they do not detract from the peaceful holiday in Scharendijke.
Mr Schnitzler was always available and took great care of everything.
Everything is within easy reach on foot or by bike.

We will come back next year!

The beautiful holiday home with a large garden is absolutely recommendable. We were three people with 2 small dogs. The great location is as described, the distance information is absolutely realistic. There are even 2 bicycles with which you can reach the North Sea beach in about 10 minutes or the Grevelingenmeer in 5 minutes. You can have great meals in the village. That's why our next vacation is already booked here. Many thanks also to Mr. Schnitzler, who has inquired so caring about our well-being.

Beautiful days in Scharendijke

We - three adults with a baby and the grandma - had a very nice week at the house "Achthoek 16".

The house was functionally furnished and had everything you need for enjoyable days. From dishes to electrical appliances, beds and bicycles, garden furniture, and the key handover with instructions, everything was uncomplicated and pleasant. Within walking distance, you can find a large supermarket for morning bread and all groceries, the car-free town center with a bike rental and good dining options, the harbor and the adjacent small beach - everything was easily accessible. From Scharendijke, we were able to explore the entire island by bike, and the tranquility in the holiday village throughout the day was very relaxing. The North Sea beach is also easily accessible by bike. The accommodation is highly recommended for up to 6 people, a minor drawback being the lack of WiFi connection.
