The flat is located on the fourth floor and has a wonderful roof terrace with a beach chair, balcony furniture and a view all the way to the North Sea!
This new and modern furnished holiday flat convinces with a very high quality equipment and leaves nothing to be desired. Experience carefree holidays in one of the most fantastic places on the North Sea.
After you have parked in the flat's own parking space, you can comfortably reach the 4th floor of the apartment complex by lift and enter the bright hallway of your DeichSuite barrier-free.
To the right and left you reach the two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe, satellite TV, internet TV and external shutters. So you are sure to find a peaceful night's sleep.
The master bathroom, accessible from the hallway, is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and its own sauna. Can you already imagine enjoying the rest on the roof terrace after a hot sauna session?
Opposite you will find the guest WC with washbasin and WC.
If you continue along the corridor, you will enter the open-plan living-dining area with a large window front and generous couch landscape as well as a dining table for up to 4 people. In addition to a modern 55-inch TV with internet connection, you will find a Blu-Ray player and even a PS4 as an extra.
One of the highlights of the DeichSuite is certainly the huge roof terrace, which faces south and is equipped with high-quality garden furniture. Can you already feel the relaxing North Sea air? Can you imagine ending the evening on your roof terrace with a beautiful sunset?
In addition to the flat's own sauna, there is also a sauna and sports area in the basement, so that you can enjoy your holiday to the full even in "bad weather".
The flat has a parking space with an e-charging point right next to the house. Lockable bicycle room.

The Strandläufer is ideally located in Büsum: in a quiet, second row, at the end of a dead-end street and therefore free from traffic noise, yet close to both the dyke and the centre! Due to the perfect location between the pedestrian zone and the family lagoon in the second row directly behind the dyke, you can reach all important points of Büsum in a few minutes.
Close to you is our Büsum guest & event centre "Watt' Hus". It offers you a varied programme for young & old, with cinema, crèche and changing events,
Whether you are drawn to the dyke with its promenade, to the modern family lagoon, to the centre or to the harbour - you can reach everything within a few minutes. The weekly market, the modern medical centre, a grocery store and many other offers are also not far from the Strandläufer, as is the Kurpark, which invites you to stroll and relax.

Even on rainy days and in the cold season, a flat in the Strandläufer is attractive, because the apartment complex offers you a sports and sauna area in the basement. As a holiday guest, you can therefore enjoy your stay at the Strandläufer to the fullest at any time. There is also a washing machine and dryer room in the basement (use subject to charges).
