The "Ferienhaus Läken" ***** (DTV) is in a very quiet location directly at the Thülsfelder Talsperre. It was completed in 2020 and offers all the prerequisites for a successful holiday. The holiday home Läken has been awarded five stars according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification for a maximum of 4 people. The approx. 77 m² house is modern and stylishly furnished. The ground floor is senior and disabled friendly. The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living area by a modern gas fireplace. The large south-facing terrace is covered. In the bedroom of the ground floor there is a comfortable box spring bed (180x200). The showers in the house are floor-to-ceiling. A washer-dryer is located in the bathroom of the ground floor. In the first bedroom of the upper floor there is a bed (90x200) and a couch (120x200) that can also be used as sleeping accommodation. As in the living room, there is also Smart TV here. In the second bedroom there is a wide box spring bed (100x200). The spacious bathroom upstairs has a large shower, an infrared heat cabin and allows a beautiful view of the dam.
The entire house is tiled, the bathrooms are equipped with floor heating. All rooms have electric shutters, pleated blinds and mosquito screens. Bikes can be put in the lockable garden shed. We provide two good bikes. Built-in cupboards offer plenty of space. WLAN is available. The entire furnishing is of high quality. The house and garden are lovingly furnished and landscaped.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home is quietly located directly at the Thülsfelder Talsperre. Nearby are restaurants such as "Hotel Dittrich", "Hotel Seeblick", "Restaurant Einhaus" and "Restaurant Heidegrund". An 18-hole golf course is only a few kilometres away. A climbing forest and an adventure playground are close by. The Museumsdorf Cloppenburg is one of the oldest open-air museums in Germany and mainly displays rural architectural monuments. The extensive forests invite you to go hiking and the many cycle paths to go cycling. Above all, however, the dam offers a varied nature experience.

Wellness week at the holiday house Läken
The holiday home itself, as well as the tasteful and meticulously designed layout of the rooms, is unparalleled. Therefore, it deserves a full 5-star rating in all categories. The surrounding area is perfect for both biking and leisurely walks. We thoroughly enjoyed our week, especially since the weather cooperated. A heartfelt THANK YOU to the hosts!

Great holiday home.
It is a very nice, modern and fully functional holiday home with very nice landlords.
Everything was very clean and inviting.
You should definitely use the sauna.... it is very nice. We used it almost daily.
All in all, the holiday home is highly recommended.

Top holiday home
We received a very friendly welcome from Mrs. and Mr. Läken and got great tips for things to do and places to eat.
The house was very clean and the garden was well maintained. The 3 bicycles provided were also in top condition.
We felt very comfortable in the great new holiday home and enjoyed the week very much.

We spent 5 wonderful days here. The house is located very quietly with direct access to the Thülsfelder Talsperre. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired and is very high quality; for example, no cheap vacuum cleaner, but a Miele or WMF cutlery. Immediately upon arrival, we felt very comfortable because the house was very clean; unfortunately, this is very rare nowadays. Although we arrived late, Mr. Läken welcomed us very warmly and friendly and explained everything to us about the house. His tips for worthwhile things in the area were also great. Since the surrounding area is also perfect for walking and cycling, we will definitely come back.

Great holiday home with upscale amenities!
We (2 adults / 2 children) spent a relaxing holiday in the perfectly and lovingly furnished holiday home. Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Von der überdachten Terrasse lässt sich der top gepflegte Garten genießen, auch wenn das Wetter mal nicht mitspielt.

Volle Punktzahl
Für uns blieb in unserem Urlaub im Ferienhaus Läken kein Wunsch offen. Wir haben uns durch den Vermieter rundherum gut versorgt gefühlt und uns sehr gut erholt. Es ist alles vorhanden und gut im Stand. Alles ist - innen wie außen - geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Außerdem: hochwertige Matratzen garantieren einen erholsamen Schlaf. Viele Ausflugsziele in der Region sind bequem mit den zur Verfügung stehenden komfortablen Fahrrädern zu erreichen. Eine sehr schöne Natur befindet sich rund um die nahegelegene Talsperre. Alles empfehlenswert!

Klasse Ferienhaus
Diese Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sei es die geniale Infrarot-Wärmekabine oder der Gas-Kaminofen, mit dem bei einem regnerischen Tag innerhalb weniger Minuten eine heimelige Wärme entsteht. Wir waren begeistert. Gerne immer wieder.

Urlaubsdomizil läßt keine Wünsche offen.
Gepflegte Gartenanlage mit überdachter Terrasse. Hochwertige Gartenmöbel. Innenausstattung beinhaltet alles was für den täglichen Bedarf nötig ist. Infrarotsauna sehr angenehm nach den täglichen Radtouren. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Hochwertig uns Modern
Das Ferienhaus ist erst vor 3 Monaten fertiggestellt worden. Es ist daher alles neu, alles frisch und modern. Alles ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, ganz wie man es zuhause auch tun würde. Es gibt sogar Wäschesäckchen für die Waschmaschine und Tennisbälle für den Trockner. Die Infrarotkabine ist sehr wohltuend, wenn wir sie auch nur einzeln genutzt haben. Im Schuppen stehen zwei sehr gute Fahrräder zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Der Gaskamin ist total gemütlich und sehr warm. Um das Ferienhaus herum gibt es viele andere neue Ferienhäuser, so das immer etwas los ist. Im Sommer finden Kinder sicherlich immer Spielkameraden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind vom Ehepaar Läken sehr gut betreut worden.

Frau und Herr Läken sind sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist super. Das Haus, der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist nicht zu toppen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden sicher nochmal wiederkommen.

Urlaub für die ganze Familie

Erstklassiges Ferienhaus
