Description

The chalet has approx. 60 sqm living space and is designed for up to 6 (ideally 4) people.
The holiday home consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with floor-level shower. In the living room with dining area, comfortable sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen (kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, etc.) there is a wood-burning stove for cold autumn and winter evenings. On hot summer days an air conditioner brings cooling
On the spacious terrace, which is not visible from the outside, you can start the day with the first rays of sunshine.
There is a flat screen TV in the living room and in the large bedroom. Free wifi is also available.
Dogs are also allowed by arrangement.
You can park directly in front of the house on your own parking space.

The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood.
There is an ice cream parlour-pizzeria at the entrance to the recreation park, which also offers bread rolls in the morning
There is a campsite and 130 of these chalets. The reception of the campsite has a large selection of information material for exploring the area.

Through a fence door, you can reach the Moselle and the bathing beach with shallow access to the river in a few minutes.
A small marina with restaurant and beer garden is also within walking distance.
Chalet Balthasar offers great excursion possibilities of all kinds:
- Swimming in the Moselle or in the open-air swimming pool in Winningen
- Water ski school in the marina approx. 5 minutes on foot
- Hiking in the nearby vineyards
- Shopping in the upper centre of Koblenz- culture in the Koblenz theatre, the museums, the castles in the surrounding area or exploring the Ehrenbreitstein fortress after a ride on the cable car over the Rhine.

Everything your heart desires!

We had a great time at Chalet Balthasar. The holiday home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped. We immediately felt at home.
We particularly liked the very comfortable beds and pillows as well as the spacious terrace, which offers peace and privacy, perfect for relaxing.
The location near the Moselle is great for walking, cycling, hiking, etc.
We would love to come back!

Very nice long weekend.

We were warmly welcomed by Mrs. Balthasar. The cottage is very nicely furnished and has everything you need. It's great that you are directly in the countryside and by the water after a few meters. You can take a nice walk with the dog there. Koblenz is not far away and invites you to stroll. All in all, a relaxed, quiet weekend.

Very relaxed vacation

The cozy and peacefully situated holiday house with an open wooden ceiling had everything you needed for a relaxing vacation, including an extensive library with novels of various genres. The garden and terrace are large, beautifully designed, and not visible from the outside. We were warmly welcomed by the landlords. Can definitely recommend this accommodation.

Super great holiday home!

Wonderful vacation in a great holiday home with a great terrace. The dog was able to move freely on the enclosed grounds. Privacy screen available. We didn't miss anything. We were welcomed by our landlords with fruit and wine. They were available at any time for questions or tips. Keep it up!

Beautiful cosy cottage

We felt very comfortable in the Charlet Baltssar. The underfloor heating was great because it was still a bit cold in April.
Everything else that you need or have forgotten at home was there too ☺️
You can take the dog for a nice walk in just a few metres.
There are great dream trails nearby for hiking. And many other places of interest.
We always like to come back.

Pure relaxation!

If you are looking for peace and quiet and don't want to miss out on any comfort, this is the place for you. The holiday home is furnished to a high standard and lacks nothing; even bookworms will get their money's worth in the wide-ranging library. The terrace offers everything you need to relax. Well-selected brochures for excursions and explorations are available in the house, there is something for everyone. The landlords give their guests a warm welcome at the beginning and provide the basis for a pleasant stay

Wonderful short holiday

We were greeted by a charming cottage and friendly landlords. Nothing was missing and we felt completely at home thanks to the very good facilities. If you are looking for peace and quiet, you will definitely find it here. The cycle path starts almost behind the front door and you can easily cycle all the way to the Deutsches Eck. We would have liked to stay longer, but we made the most of the few days to explore the beautiful area. Thank you for letting us stay here!

Perfect short holiday!

The cottage is super cosy, clean and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for on a relaxing holiday. The hosts were very friendly and helpful; they welcomed us personally on arrival and showed us around.
The area is beautiful, there are numerous places to visit (castles, palaces, butterfly house, etc.) and it is only a stone's throw to the old town of Koblenz with the Deutsches Eck and the Ehrenbreitstein fortress.
We liked it very much in the "Chalet Balthasar" and enjoyed our holiday very much.

Beautiful vacation

The house and the area pleased us very much.
There is nothing missing in the house! It is clean. The landlords are friendly and accommodating to wishes.
It is not far to Koblenz and the location is ideal for walks. You can relax well.
