Description
The lovingly furnished bungalow is ideal for 2-4 people. The kitchen, which is integrated into the living room, is fully equipped and has an electric cooker, oven, sink and fridge with ice compartment as well as a coffee machine. The entire bungalow, including the bathroom with floor-deep shower, has recently been modernised. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The wood fireplace provides cosy warmth. In the garden, which is protected from the view, you can end the day with a glass of wine. A barbecue is available for your physical well-being.

Potsdam and Berlin can be reached quickly with our Regional Express, which leaves from Werder or Golm every 30 minutes.
Due to the favourable traffic situation, many sights (Sanssouci , Filmpark Babelsberg, Karls Erdbeerhof, Filmmuseum, Europawanderweg, Spargelhof Klaistow, Baumwipfelpfad and many more) in and around Werder (Havel) can be reached by bus, train or steamboat.
Shopping facilities, baker, butcher, Edeka, restaurants and sauna are available in the village. The A 10 motorway can be reached in a few minutes

Alles was man braucht und schnell in Potsdam und Berlin
Natur pur, ländlich und doch nah an Potsdam und Berlin. Einfach, aber alles notwendige vorhanden. Netter Kontakt zum Vermieter, für alle Fragen offen. Mit Hund super.

Great bungalow, we would love to come back!
This is the second time we have stayed at this property. Once as a threesome with dog and now as a twosome with dog.
The bungalow is perfectly suitable and sufficient for 3 people. The location is fantastic, pure nature. Our dog was very happy about the garden and also about the surrounding area, which is perfect for relaxing and going for walks. The landlords are super nice, they always make sure I am satisfied, I even borrowed some baking paper, no problem! They have an open ear for everything. The bungalow itself meets our expectations, it is comfortably furnished, everything you need for breakfast or barbecue is there. Nothing was damp! Neither the walls nor anything else. The fireplace worked perfectly and brought a cosy warmth, because unfortunately it was still a bit chilly outside. You could easily heat all the rooms with it, simply beautiful! The bathroom is small but clean, absolutely satisfactory. It's easy to sleep on the couch in the living room, no problem at all. The bedroom is small, but you only sleep there! In any case, we can't complain. You could sit outside in a sheltered area, the outdoor seating has a roof. In the morning the cock crows, you can hear the wild geese calling...Idyllic. All the people we met there were very friendly, you could always exchange a few words. For small purchases, there is an Edeka nearby, a baker and a butcher. What more could you want? We like the simplicity and the nature. In the summer, the bathing area, a 2-minute walk from the bungalow, is very attractive. So we would always go there again and are glad to have this contact!

Urlaub Bewertung
Leider war der Urlaub alles andere als erholsam. Das Haus liegt sehr abgelegen und die Straße dorthin ist sehr schlecht. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, der Bungalow ließ allerdings zu wünschen übrig. Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung allerdings hätte es sauberer sein können. Viel schlimmer noch war jedoch dass es in dem Haus feucht ist, da die Wände immer sehr kalt sind, die Haustür von innen ebenso und der Schlüssel für die Haustür auch immer nass war. Das Haus ist für vier Leute absolut nicht empfehlenswert, da die "Schlaf-Couch" schon als normale Couch äußerst unbequem ist und als Bett nicht geeignet ist auch wenn man sie auszieht. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr sehr klein, das Bett hat gerade so hereingepasst und die Matratze war wirklich äußerst schlecht, es war kein erholsamer Schlaf. Der Raum an sich war auch einfach sehr ungemütlich aufgrund der Rauputzwänd. Die Küche war in Ordnung, als wir ankamen haben wir uns gefreut dass dort schon Lebensmittel in den Schränken waren, jedoch sind die teilweiße schon seit 2015 abgelaufen, nichts würde ich davon anrühren. Da das für uns keine Erholung war sind wir bereits zwei Tage vor der eigentlichen Abreise, abgereist. Somit ist der Bungalow nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir bedauern, daß Ihr wohlverdienter Urlaub mit Hund nicht Ihre Erwartungen erfüllt hat.
Es ist richtig, daß der Bungalow nicht zentral im Hauptort sondern an einem See liegt, so wie es im Punkt Anreise/Lage von uns beschrieben ist. Die Straßen sind alle befestigt.
Die Ausstattung und das Aussehen der Räume entspricht den Bildern in der Anzeige.
Daß die Wände bei den aktuellen Temperaturen in der Nacht auskühlen, ist eine rein physikalische Gegebenheit. Gerne haben wir den Kamin zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Ankunft bereits geheizt und Ihnen weiteres Brennmaterial kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt. Leider haben Sie unser Angebot diesbezüglich nicht genutzt.
Die Schränke werden von uns zum Beginn jeder Saison neu bestückt und am Ende komplett geleert. Daher ist es für uns unverständlich, das dort noch Lebensmittel mit einem MHD aus 2015 vorhanden gewesen sein sollen.
Es ist aus unserer Sicht sehr schade, daß Sie kein direktes Gespräch mit uns gesucht haben, da wir sicherlich das eine oder andere Problem unkompliziert hätten lösen können.

Super to relax
We were looking for something where we could relax and unwind and still do something. The bungalow was not far from the lake, so we could always walk quickly to the bath. Werder is easy to reach by car, so you can easily take the train to Berlin or Potsdam. The landlord was very nice, showed us everything and gave us tips for excursions. This place is great for nature lovers. Thank you

We spent a very nice holiday here. The holiday home and the surroundings are excellent for relaxing. The property was a paradise for our dog. We would like to emphasise the very friendly and helpful assistance with questions to the landlord. One notices immediately that the well-being of the guest is very important to you
