Description
Visit us on the beautiful East Frisian North Sea coast in our detached non-smoking holiday home Lotta. The holiday home is quietly and centrally located in one of the most beautiful streets of Norden/Norddeich and is approx. 95sqm in size and offers space for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The house offers a beautiful, modern kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, kettle, freezer compartment and is well equipped. The living area is bright and comfortably furnished with a leather corner couch and an armchair, as well as a large flat screen SAT TV. In the basement there is also a double bedroom with electrically adjustable slatted frames and a modern shower room with WC and underfloor heating. On the upper floor there are 2 further bedrooms with TV and another shower room with WC. A children's high chair and a children's travel cot are also available on request. There is a washing machine in the utility room. A parking space under the carport is at the house and the garden is completely fenced with a minimum height of 80 cm. A barbecue and parasol are available on the terrace. The terrace has a complete roofing and one sits thus protected from wind and weather.
The Norden/Norddeich beach (with a separate dog beach and beach chairs) is less than 10 minutes away by bicycle via the Kolkpadd cycle and hiking path.

Location and surroundings of object
The Norden/ Norddeich region is a state-recognised North Sea resort in beautiful East Frisia and is also known as "The Green Gateway to the Sea". There are beautiful cycle paths along the kilometre-long dyke line and the marshland.
Norden is one of the oldest towns in East Frisia and has a very beautiful old town with many small shops and cafes in the pedestrian zone. Norddeich is also home to the National Park Seal Station, where many young howlers are cared for. The Ocean Wave adventure pool with sauna deck provides fun and relaxation for the whole family.
There are many ways to reach Norden-Norddeich: If you travel by train, you have the option of getting off at the main station in Norden or at the Norddeich and Norddeich-Mole stations to get to your accommodation.
If you are travelling by car, take the A31 to Emden and then the B210 towards Georgsheil on the B72 to Norden-Norddeich.

Christmas vacation
We were in the holiday home for 14 days over Christmas. The reception was very warm and the welcome gift was great. We spent 14 days full of satisfaction. We would very much like to come back. The owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Until next time, the Höfener family.

Vacation
We had a nice time. The weather cooperated as well, and the dogs loved the fenced garden. The shops were easily reachable on foot.

A dream for dog and human
We were at House Lotta for 1 week until today. We, that is 2 adults and 3 children (9, 11, 14) and our dog. What can I say… We arrived and a soul of a landlady welcomed us more than warmly. You can't live hospitality better than this. The house itself is truly enchanting, so lovingly furnished that you immediately felt at home and actually didn't want to leave :) There was even a guest gift… Simply great! Nothing was missing, and in fact, there was even more equipment than we would have expected. The beds were all very comfortable, and both we and our dog slept heavenly. The garden is very inviting, with a covered terrace and completely fenced. There was also a charcoal grill available... oh, it was just perfect :) The beach in Norddeich is super quick to reach by car... maybe it was 5 minutes. But what could be more beautiful than a walk by the sea? That is also not a problem ;) and I am usually rather lazy about walking. But passing by cows and horses, it can really be mastered wonderfully.
There are also plenty of shopping options. Whether baker, butcher, or grocery store... most of it is within walking distance. House Lotta leaves nothing to be desired and we were thrilled. And how could it be otherwise, we of course booked directly for next year, because never has a vacation felt so good!
Thank you for this lovely time, we are now regular guests :)
