This apartment has a wonderful sea view with a terrace with sea view and a balcony at the back. This apartment is suitable for 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms. The living room and the kitchen are on the ground floor by the sea, are spacious and fully equipped. On the sea side on the ground floor you will also find the spacious master bedroom, a bathroom with bath and washbasin as well as a washing machine and a separate toilet. On the first floor you will find the other two bedrooms, a smaller bathroom with washbasin and shower and a separate toilet. This apartment has an entrance on the sea side where you will also find the terrace. On the side of the parking lot is the main entrance, from which you enter the house by the stairs. Under the house there is another apartment which is rented to permanent residents, you can park at the back of the house or in front of the grass.
