- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

?️ Thanks to the pleasant underfloor heating, the studio is comfortable and cozy all year round.
? One dog is warmly welcome upon prior arrangement. Please inform us before your arrival so we can prepare everything accordingly.
? For your comfort, we can organize an online parking permit for zones C and D for a fee. Simply send us your license plate number no later than one day before your arrival.
