The over 100 m², 3-room apartment with a separate entrance has a lot of charm and offers space for two to four people on two levels. On the ground floor are the fully equipped kitchen with access to the quiet terrace, a dining room with wooden table and large corner bench, guest WC, wardrobe, and a washing machine.
Upstairs: bedroom with double bed, bathroom with bathtub (access from the bedroom!), as well as a large living/sleeping room.

Donaustauf is a pretty place with very good infrastructure. In a few minutes you can reach on foot a bakery, supermarket, doctors, library, and various inns with beautiful beer gardens (Bavarian, Italian, Greek cuisine).
Free public parking spaces are available a few minutes’ walk away. Arrival by public transport is easily possible, as the holiday apartment has very good connections (bus 30 min to Regensburg main station, pick-up from Regensburg by train possible if necessary).
After a longer period of permanent rental, the apartment will be available again as a holiday apartment from 15.09.2026!

Super great holiday apartment
Beautiful large holiday apartment. Very nicely furnished. Plenty of space for a family. Everything very clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well equipped, in the evenings we really enjoyed the small but functional terrace.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Donaustauf.
Der Ort ist angenehm ruhig und hat dennoch viel zu bieten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeit sind in der Nähe und zu Fuss erreichbar.
Die Wohnung ist groß, voll ausgestattet und sauber. Es gibt Kleinigkeiten, wie z.B. fehlende Verdunklung im Wohn-/Schlafbereich (3. und 4. Bett), die uns aber nicht sonderlich störten. Die Beschreibung der Vermieter passt exakt, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank!
