Description
Our holiday home offers space for max. 4 persons and is located on a 400 sqm large, quiet property not far from the North Sea dyke in the coastal bathing resort Dorum-Neufeld. In the completely renovated non-smoking holiday home, you can relax and feel comfortable in bright rooms with maritime furnishings
On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living-dining area, an open, first-class equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a shower room with WC and washing machine
The large flat-screen TV (with SKY Sport/Bundesliga/ Disneychannel/movies) as well as a DVD Blu-ray player and the free high-speed WLAN provide entertainment for young and old.
The living area leads directly into the garden with a sunny terrace with garden furniture and barbecue facilities.
Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a double bed and flat screen TV and a bedroom with two single beds.
All living rooms are equipped with easy-care and allergy-friendly floors in wood look. Pets are not allowed.

Our holiday home is located in a well-maintained holiday park in Dorum-Neufeld on a quiet plot of about 400 square meters. The coastal resort Dorum-Neufeld is situated between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven, directly on the North Sea coast and the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Lower Saxony Wadden Sea National Park".
Dorum-Neufeld is a quiet and picturesque coastal resort, and everything can be easily explored on foot. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the idyllic cutter harbor and the heated wave pool "Watt'n Bad" with a giant slide, the green beach with sunbathing lawns and beach chairs, the children's playhouse, the National Park house with various events about the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site, a mini-golf course, bicycle rental, the Obereversand lighthouse with viewing platform, bakery, small supermarket, souvenir shop, cafes, restaurants, and ice cream parlor. Further shopping opportunities (Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Netto, butcher shop) are located in Dorum, about 6 kilometers away. The seaside cities of Cuxhaven and Bremerhaven offer a lot of variety and are each about 25 kilometers away. The idyllic island Neuwerk can be reached on foot or by mudflat carriage from Cuxhaven at low tide. In Bremerhaven, the Climate House, the Emigration Center, and the Zoo am Meer invite visitors to engage in activities.

Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 30 days before the arrival date.

The tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. The withdrawal must be made in writing by letter or email. In the event of withdrawal, the tenant is obliged to compensate us for any damages incurred:
• Up to the 30th day before arrival, withdrawal is free of charge. NO fees will be charged. The deposit paid will be refunded to the tenant within 14 days.
• From the 30th day before arrival, the tenant pays 100% of the agreed rental price (excluding the final cleaning fee).
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

Good location and beautiful accommodation
I was on vacation alone with my child for a week for the first time.
The accommodation was designed with a lot of love for detail.
A really very cute and beautiful little house.
We immediately felt very at home and comfortable. The furnishings were completely sufficient. It was also great that the bakery, restaurants, the sea, and the swimming pool were not far away. Almost reachable on foot or by bike. The value for money is absolutely okay. With the guest card, there was a discount for the swimming pool. Great! If we had been there at a later time, we could have also used the outdoor area with the big and small slide and the wave pool. But unfortunately, it was still too cold for that. We took some bike tours. You could ride along the dike, partly right by the sea. Play equipment for children was set up at the two ports we visited, benches to rest, and there was always something for a little hunger. Really great.
We were in Bremerhaven for two days. That was wonderful. The half-hour distance was perfectly fine.
Great short vacation!

All-around beautiful holiday in a cozy holiday home.
The stay at the holiday home "Pirate's Nest" was an all-around lovely experience. The holiday home is clean, furnished with great attention to detail, and has a top location in Dorum-Neufeld! The equipment of the holiday apartment is exceptionally good, and we didn't miss anything.
Although we were there just before the season started, we received a lot of valuable tips and recommendations from our host. From bike rides and mudflat hikes to wellness offers and day trips to nearby cities, we were able to plan a wonderful, relaxing week at the North Sea.
The communication with our host was always quick and uncomplicated during and even before the stay. Thank you again for the lovely stay, dear Dagmar!
In summary: Absolutely recommended!!!

The vacation house is located very quietly, the facilities and cleanliness are very good! You enter and immediately feel comfortable. The beds were already made and towels were ready. Dish towels, dishwasher tabs, etc. were sufficiently stocked. Very good service!! The entire handling of the booking was top-notch!

Again and again with pleasure
A beautifully furnished house with a large bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. The short distances to the beach, among other things, were also great for our small children. We were completely satisfied and would come back anytime

Cosy holiday home
Good service by the agency and very cordial care by the landlords.
We wanted for nothing during the week. The good facilities made us feel very comfortable. Thanks to the great tips from the landlords, we never got bored, even though it wasn't bathing weather every day. The location was also perfect for us.
We would come back anytime!
