Be our guest in a modern yet rustic ambience with authentic furniture and a healthy living climate.
All bedrooms and living rooms can be darkened electrically. The technical equipment reflects the high standard of the entire building. We offer two separate holiday flats and one flat with high-quality floors, W-LAN, sauna use, satellite TV, music entertainment and all the amenities of modern flats.
The flats have either a balcony or a roof terrace with a wooden deck of almost 50 m² - a real outdoor dream.
The large holiday flat is suitable for 4-6 people and offers 3 separate double bedrooms as well as a shower room and a guest WC. The kitchen is equipped with a modern cooking island for shared cooking experiences. The 40 m² living/dining room also offers enough free space on rainy days so that you can get out of the way once in a while.
The small holiday flat is designed for 2 people and offers a bedroom with separate dressing room, a living room, a kitchen with dining table and a shower room.
The highlight is an approx. 50 m² roof terrace with lounge furniture, large gas barbecue and wooden deck.
The building offers sufficient storage space for bicycles or other sports equipment. The in-house sauna is available for your exclusive use via a reservation board.

Location and surroundings of object
The Swedish House at liberty on a 2500 m² large, virgin forest land with unobstructed access to the open forests and meadows. The approx. 200 metres from Milseburg-Radweg offers connection to the bicycle route network of the Rhön. The nearby Milseburg with its famous mountain hut, the Milseburg hotel or the Lothar may House are quickly accessible short hiking trails with varied gastronomic flair. The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the Villa area of Steinbach, a district of the climatic health resort of Hilders. The Milseburghotel is approx. 10-minute walk away and offers a traditional cuisine at reasonable prices. The nearby Liebhards offers a bakery with additional shopping facilities, a liquor store and an another restaurant with beer garden. You can pick your breakfast sandwiches on request by a bakery service in Steinbach.

Really good for workshops and offsite sessions
Beautiful flat in a quiet location, enough space for a workshop with up to 6 people, there are 3 rooms with double beds and a large living/dining area where you can eat and work together well.

You hardly feel as comfortable anywhere else as here. It is very familial, and the entire complex is lovingly renovated. We will be happy to return!!!

Wonderful holiday flat
We really liked the holiday farm! The two flats are very, very nicely renovated, spacious, well equipped and very clean, the landlords are very friendly and uncomplicated, the sauna is a plus especially in the cold season.
The location in the immediate vicinity of Fulda was ideal for us, as we travelled from the north and south of Germany. The place is rural, scenically idyllic and Fulda is easy to reach by car.
We think: Absolutely recommendable!

Holiday farm - for successful holidays
Very tastefully renovated old house. The combination of beautiful old furniture and modern design is well done. The kitchen is very well equipped and functional. Beds were very good. Comfortable with a large couch, spacious dining table and a beautiful old stove. There was enough wood. Landlord very friendly and uncomplicated. Very clean house. And very nice neighbours!

The accommodation leaves nothing to be desired - a very nice old house, very tastefully renovated in a modern way and great equipped. Very nice, uncomplicated landlords. Child-friendly. Ideally located for beautiful excursions in the Rhön, not far to the Wasserkuppe and close to Fulda. All around a success!
