Your dream of a holiday by the water will come true in this fantastic flat. Enjoy an unobstructed view of the open Baltic Sea.
The large east-facing balcony offers pure relaxation, from which you have a fantastic view of the open Baltic Sea and Weidefeld beach.
The flat is located on the second floor and is easily accessible via a lift.
A cosy hallway with a bench takes you to the 3 snug bedrooms. The large bedroom has a box-spring bed (180x200), a wardrobe, floor-to-ceiling windows and a fantastic view of the open Baltic Sea.
The second bedroom has a box-spring bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. The third bedroom offers 2 box-spring beds (90x200) and also a great view of the open Baltic Sea.
All bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
The wellness bathroom offers a cosy infrared sauna, a large shower, a towel dryer and makes this flat an oasis of well-being even on colder days. A second bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC.
You can park your car conveniently in the underground car park (please note the headroom) in parking space no. 40. There is also a communal bicycle room.
The flat is part of the newly built Ostseeresort Olpenitz. Please note that there may still be construction work in the neighbourhood. We will be happy to inform you about the exact current status. However, we have no information on when future work will be carried out.

The Olpenitz Baltic Sea resort is being built in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim estuary and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150-hectare site of the former Olpenitz naval base, a new, unique holiday resort in a class of its own is being built, which will impress with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.
Ostseeresort Olpenitz is nestled in an unrivalled natural setting and equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and varied all year round.
Our Ostseeresort Olpenitz is constantly evolving and we are all very excited about its development until its planned completion in 2022.
We have our own private beach for guests at the Baltic Sea resort on the north pier. There is plenty of space for sunbathing, playing and swimming for young and old.
The new EDEKA supermarket also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbour basin.
For extensive tours by bike, the company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family directly on site. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course covering an area of 2,800 square metres. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbour promenade and take a look at the small shops in Haus Klabautermann.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing excursions, canoe and boat hire, Optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbour cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach approx. 3 km away (incl. dog beach, restaurant, beach chair hire, kiosk, DLRG supervision in summer) rounds off the holiday offer.
The nearest town, Kappeln, is a recognised Baltic Sea spa and climatic health resort with approx. 10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist attractions for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cosy fishing harbour, is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a trip on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from Kappeln harbour to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a cycle tour along the many beautiful cycle paths along the Schlei and Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Es fehlte an nichts. Nur die Infrastruktur kommt nicht nach. Nicht mal eine Eiskugel kann man für Kinder kaufen. Der Fischverkauf war wegen Urlaub geschlossen.

Super schöne neue große Wohnung, top Ausstattung und vor allem für 6 Personen auch 3 separate Schlafzimmer.
Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Wasser mit Blick aufs Wasser.
Wir konnten den Sonnenaufgang vom Balkon aus beobachten, sehr schön.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Bei herrlichem Wetter angereist und durchgeatmet. Ein wunderbarer Ausblick auf die Ostsee. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung hat nichts zu wünschen übrig gelassen. Im Keller des Hauses ein geräumiger Parkplatz, sodass auch die Fahrräder untergestellt werden konnten. Einfach schön, herrliche Tage.
