Description
Far away from noise and hectic, in the south of Carinthia / Austria, near the border to Slovenia, you will find our charming wooden cottage. Surrounded by mountains, secluded location and directly at the river. A beautiful place for all who love peace and quiet, but also an ideal starting point for hiking and adventure
The house has a living space of 84 square meters and is suitable for 4 persons (+ 2 children in the parent or extra bed)
Ground floor: anteroom, living room, dining kitchen, bathroom, WC
First floor: entrance hall, 2 bedrooms
Garden: approx. sqm
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: electric cooker + oven, fridge with freezer compartment, extra freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery for at least 6 persons.
In the living room there is a tiled stove as well as a television, a Playstation and various books and games.
The two bedrooms each have a large double bed 180 cm x 200 cm and there is the possibility of an extra bed or travel cot on request.
A washing machine and a hair dryer are also available in the bathroom.
The anteroom offers enough space for shoes, jackets and dog leashes
In the summer months the garden is equipped with seating and sunbathing facilities, barbecue, slide, sandpit and various children's toys.
Internet: W-LAN is available free of charge.
Parking is possible directly in front of the house.
Hundrum carefree package:
Dog biscuits, water and food bowls, dog baskets, dog blankets, dog toys, agility (slalom, tunnel, hurdles), excrement bags and dog towels are provided free of charge.
