The house Elchblick is idyllically situated in the middle of Sweden's untouched nature. You have a view of a salt lick from the house and, with a little luck, you can observe moose and other wild animals. On the property you have sun all day long and from the large covered terrace (with beautiful, large charcoal grill and smoker) you can enjoy the sunset and the self-caught fish.
The house is well equipped and has a hallway with wardrobe, a large eat-in kitchen, a large living room with German SAT-TV, a wood-burning stove for cosy warmth, a master bedroom with double bed and a well-equipped bathroom with WC, shower, washbasin and washing machine. On the upper floor there is another master bedroom with a double bed and a large room with four single beds and a billiard table. In front of the house there is a large lawn where you can play football or badminton. You can relax and enjoy yourself in the beautiful large outdoor sauna. Our highlight, a robust aluminium boat with Honda outboard motor and echo sounder is located together with the canoe at our own jetty (1 kilometre away). From here you can indulge in fishing luck, because the adjacent lake Halvarsnoren is one of the few lakes that also has zander stock! As already mentioned, there is a charcoal grill on the terrace as well as a smoker (which can also be heated electrically) for home-smoked specialities. You can also go on beautiful canoe trips from here. A valid fishing permit for this and the adjacent lakes is available. The direct path on foot through the forest leads you in 10 - 15 minutes to a shallow bathing place with a sandy beach. Around our Waldhaus Elchblick there are beautiful opportunities for hiking, discovery tours and fishing trips.
Smoking is not allowed in the house, dogs are welcome.

Sweden is an experience especially for anglers. The wooded nature with many lakes and rivers offers many opportunities for this and is home to many species of fish. Fishing with lures, spoons or fly fishing - every angler gets his money's worth here.
All our holiday homes are located on lakes with plenty of fish and are equipped with their own boat. A valid fishing permit is available everywhere. With it, you can go fishing free of charge at many of the surrounding lakes. By the way, everyone in Sweden is allowed to fish (even without a fishing licence). So you can get started from the first day of your holiday.
