The holiday apartment 42 in the Residence Juliana with large balcony and free view is located on the 2nd floor of a well-kept complex. Here you have sun from morning to night and a view of the dunes.
The living area is very nicely furnished and has WLAN
The kitchen is very well equipped and has a dishwasher, a 4-plate stove, and a combi-microwave oven, etc
There is a double room and on the balcony a bedroom with two single beds.
The modern and luxurious bathroom with toilet and shower is recently renovated and has central heating

The holiday apartment is in a quiet location
To the beautiful sandy beach it is only a 10 minutes walk. In the village you will find everything your heart desires: many shops, supermarkets (including Aldi and Lidl), a fish shop, cafés, restaurants, a tennis court, mini golf, a swimming pool, a golf course and a sports school.
The cosy beach pavilion is open all year round. In spring you can enjoy beautiful flower fields.
In the park Ooghduyne (approx. 1 km) there is a swimming pool and a golf course.
In Den Helder, about 6 km away, there are many sights:
among other things, the rescue museum, the naval museum with submarine, the children's play paradise, a bowling centre, a cinema, a Japanese garden and Fort Kijkduin with a North Sea aquarium
In the summer there are various markets and different events.

Beautiful apartment in a good location
The Residence Juliana 42 is a truly beautiful, high-quality furnished, and very well-equipped holiday apartment near the beach. The entire residential complex is very well-maintained and quiet.
In the surrounding area, there are many opportunities to be active in all weather conditions. Whether it's canoe tours, museum visits, a climbing park, or bike rides into the beautiful nature of the dune landscape - there is something for everyone's taste. Cities like Amsterdam, Alkmaar, and Den Helder are easily and quickly accessible as destinations.
There are also plenty of good shopping opportunities and restaurants in the entire area.
The beaches are clean, beautiful, mostly guarded by lifeguards, and offer the option to eat at beach restaurants or simply enjoy a cocktail or sundowner.
Communication with the property manager was smooth, friendly, and uncomplicated. We felt very comfortable at Residence Juliana 42, had a great time, and enjoyed a beautiful and relaxing vacation!
