Your holiday house CASA CHARLOTTA is quietly located amidst Mediterranean vineyards and surrounded by typical Italian olive groves above Bardolino.
Immersed in a 1,100 m² Mediterranean garden with olive, fig, persimmon and tropical palms is your future holiday destination. Inside, it has two bedrooms for in total. 4 people, a cozy living room with satellite TV, stereo, two separate beds, fitted kitchen with very large refrigerator and separate freezer drawers, 4-burner gas stove (with gas-stop), oven and div . kitchen appliances, a renovated bathroom with a large shower and toilet.
The house has a large conservatory for the spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a second, large open terrace, where the sun set over the mountains in the evening with a roaring grill fire and a glass of red wine - can enjoy - with views of the Monte Baldo. On a clear day you can look up in the Dolomites. Surrounded by palm trees gateway terminates in an overgrown by roses and ivy carport. The garden shed provides for a relaxing holiday loungers including cushions, umbrellas and garden furniture to relax and all useful garden tools (for the beauty of the garden is a gardener in charge).

Your holiday residence offers you a large swimming pool and children's paddling pool, both tennis (for a fee) and table tennis and bocce courts, football and volleyball courts. For the children a playground. is surrounded this peaceful spot of natural walking trails and a very spacious landscaped, but somewhat distant golf course. The bakery is located about 1,000 meters. The residence is only by the residents through an electric gate with code zugä way from your home to the 2 km distant Bardolino via the scenic road, which earned its name because of the beautiful views of the beautiful Lake Garda. This route also takes you to the remarkable oil and wine museum.
You will Bardolino kennen- with its romantic old town, its weekly market, the rustic and cozy pizzerias road and cream and love to learn. Various shops (including Lidl) and Amusements (Internet cafes, clubs with open-air bar, giant trampoline, mini golf) are in the center yet. In young families waiting GARDALAND, CANEVAWORLD (with Europe's largest water slide), MOVIELAND, jousting, open-air disco, ROCK'N ROLL CAFE, SEALIFE, zoo and Safari Park and Jungle Adventure Park. For the more sporty interested there is the possibility of horse riding, hiking, cycling, surfing, swimming, sailing, golf and paragliding. A slightly quieter, but just as attractive alternative is the exploration of Lake Garda with a specially hired boat or a boat trip to one of the Lago di Garda know from the opposite bank.

Spent a wonderful week at Casa Gisella-Charlotta.
Very beautiful small holiday home with a wonderful large and well-maintained garden. The garden is completely fenced. Everything is very clean. In the complex, there is a very beautiful large pool, as well as a tennis court. Everything was there for a nice and relaxing holiday. A bakery and a restaurant are nearby. Bardolino can be reached by car in 5 minutes. We will gladly come back.

Dreamy garden for chilling
The first thing that really caught our attention in a positive way was the electric entrance gate to the vacation resort, which only allows tenants and residents to enter. This is great for the safety of our children. The garden is huge and invites to romp around and linger. The little house is also newly renovated. Custom-made and brand new.
All in all, we really enjoyed our vacation and we will definitely go there again next year.
ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDABLE!!!

Ideal für Jung und Alt
Our expectations were exceeded. Custom-made new children's room. Great chill-out area in the large palm garden. Many sports facilities. Will be happy to come back :)
