Apartment is ideally located, because 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the village center. The balcony of the living room overlooks the Badhotel. Despite the fact that the centre is just a stone's throw away, the apartment complex is situated between the trees in a quiet, park-like environment.
Park Loverendale is situated with its back against the protected nature reserve 'de Mantelinge' and within walking distance of the cozy center of the seaside resort Domburg, the beach and the sea. From the living room and from the balcony you have a view of the beautifully landscaped park of the adjacent Badhotel Domburg between the rustic trees and park garden. An oasis of peace and and all amenities within walking distance. Ideal!

Cancellation terms:
The tenant is entitled to cancel and terminate the lease agreement, subject to the following conditions: a. Cancellation and termination must be done via email and a confirmation must be received. If canceled up to three months before the start of the rental period, 15% of the basic rental sum will be charged. If canceled between three months and one month before the start of the rental period, 50% of the basic rental sum will be charged. If canceled up to one month and one week before the start of the rental period, 75% of the basic rental sum will be charged. If cancellation occurs less than a week before the start of the rental period, the entire basic rental sum will be charged. At all times, an administration fee of EUR 50 will be due upon cancellation. Regarding COVID-19, no separate arrangements are made. Please refer to your cancellation insurance for this.
