Very pretty wood-frame house with great comfort. The blue house has a perfect location on the second line of the seafront of the small family seaside resort of Denneville-plage on the west coast of the Cotentin (10km from Barneville-Carteret) just opposite the island of Jersey, 50m from one of the most beautiful beaches in Normandy from where you can walk to the harbour dominated by the old church of Portbail You will be seduced by the volumes proposed, the wood spirit and the penetrating light, without forgetting the sea view from the large room. We accept your pets, the garden is fully enclosed.
The BLUE HOUSE of 150 m² (135 m² 1,8m) has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 10, it is classified 3*.
On the ground floor: Large living room of 70m² with dining room, sitting area with satellite TV, and fully equipped open kitchen (with oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer...). 1 bedroom opening onto the terrace with 1 bed 160x190. 1 shower room with shower. 1 separate toilet. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
On the first floor: 3 bedrooms organized as follows. 1 large bedroom with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, it has 2 twin beds 80x190 which can make 1 double bed 160 and 1 single bed 90x190. 1 second bedroom with 1 double bed 140x190. 1 third bedroom with 2 bunk beds 90x190 and 1 pull-out bed. 1 bathroom with bath and shower. 1 separate toilet.

Normandy House Denneville Beach
A very nice house, bright and friendly furniture, very good beds, the dining chairs and the sofa are a bit old. The location and landscape of the house and the kilometers-long clean sandy beach make up for it.

Traumhafter Urlaub
The house is fantastic and the location is good if you have a car. It is very relaxing to hear the sea and live only about 50 m from the beach. Impressive are the ebb and flow here.
