The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

The landlord lives only temporarily in a separate building on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) in the carport and on the property.

Outdoor pool (diameter 3,5 m, depth 1,2 m, for sole use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to mid of September.
