The apartment is located on the outskirts of Torrevieja,just in front of the nature reserve in front of the salt lake.
It has 2 bedrooms,a bathroom,American kitchen fully equipped,a dining area,living area with TV and access to the balcony.
A beautiful large roof terrace with a fantastic view at night over Torrevieja.

- In addition to two nautical clubs,there are numerous tennis courts,soccer fields,squash courts,water skiing facilities,agua parks,flyboard,coastal cruises,sailing,diving,horseback riding,boat rentals,windsurfing,jet ski rentals and international golf courses.
Weekly markets as well as several large shopping centers.
Beaches, Water:
- several small sandy beaches that have been awarded the blue flag for clean water by the ADAC for years
- the water has a higher salt content, which gives it a stimulating quality
Special features:
- two large salt lakes, used by vacationers for spa and healing purposes (the warm waters of the salt lakes are said to have a particularly good healing effect on skin and respiratory diseases)

Vacation apartment
Thank you very much for renting us the apartment. It was a wonderful place, quiet and pleasant. We will definitely be happy to come back!
We had a wonderful stay in this small, pretty apartment! The landlady was extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay very pleasant.
We and our dog felt completely comfortable, especially thanks to the peace that prevails here. The Wi-Fi was good and reliable, which was great for our work.
The apartment is equipped with everything necessary and offers a relaxed atmosphere where one can unwind. Shopping options are nearby.
We would definitely love to come back!

Nice accommodation
Mrs. Kimmel was the savior in our time of need. Our booked accommodation was cancelled at short notice by Booking.com. Luckily for us, the accommodation at Mrs. Kimmel's was nicer and cheaper, we would gladly book again at any time.

Summer vacation
We were warmly welcomed by the hostess. Since we arrived on a night flight, we had no opportunity to go shopping. The hostess bought breakfast for us and even baked bread!
She was always in contact with us and there for us immediately if we had a question or a problem.
The apartment is bright, clean, cozy, equipped with everything you need! The rooftop terrace is beautiful, from there you can enjoy a great sunset in the evening!
The location is on the edge of the nature reserve, between two lakes.
There are many shopping options, restaurants, and also a gas station nearby.
We really enjoyed our vacation and would definitely recommend the apartment and the hostess!

Good starting point for exploring cities and surroundings.
We have been here for the second time now and have visited cities and sights.
Explored something new every day and found beautiful beaches.
We felt comfortable in this apartment just like the first time. The hostess is super nice and always helpful.
All in all, a nice time that unfortunately ended too quickly.

I love and live in and with nature. My life dream. I, Claudia live for 7 years on a large finca, because I am on the way to self-sufficiency. Away from the industry, own fruit trees, vegetables, animals such as ducks, geese, bantams, quails and peacocks. Not to forget doggy and cat. The apartment is about 20 minutes away from the finca. We are very open-minded towards people, respect everyone as he is. It is always very important to us that our guests can enjoy their stay and relax.
