Description
The flat has 1 bedroom with terrace with sea view, 1 shower room (which has been modernly renovated in 2023) and an open plan living/dining kitchen and terrace. In the bedroom there is a french bed: 1m40 wide. The terrace is partly covered with sea view.
The whole property is a well-kept Corsican garden, with the large rocks typical for Corsica. There is parking for one car on the property
In the living room, which is equipped with Ratan furniture and TV, there is a staircase leading to a gallery where a child can sleep. The child should have an age of approx. 10 years, since the stair has no railing or you put the mattress down into the living space. On the terrace there is a garden table, garden chairs and a parasol, as well as 2 sun loungers.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is only a few minutes' walk (approx. 5-10 minutes) from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Europe - Palombaggia
The Costa Marina restaurant is also within walking distance (approx. 500 metres). There are also several beach restaurants, some of them very exclusive, on the beach of Palombaggia. There you can rent sunbeds with parasols.
The small Corsican town of Porto-Vecchio with its many boutiques and restaurants is about 15 minutes away by car. Here you will also find large supermarkets, bakeries, meat/fishmongers, organic markets etc. 25 km away is the town of Bonifacio with a uniquely beautiful natural harbour.
Only a few minutes by car from the domicile is a small supermarket with everything you need for daily life.
In 30 minutes by car you can reach the beginning of the mountains (Col de Bavella) of Corsica. Hiking trails, rivers with pools for bathing, small Corsican mountain villages and much more can be explored here. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth here
The imposing town of Bonifacio with its limestone cliffs can be reached in about 25 minutes. Here, in addition to strolling, eating and drinking, you can also marvel at the marina along the promenade. Above the marina lies the town with its old walls and the unbelievably beautiful view all the way to Sardinia. In the evening you can admire the sunset in the sea.

Parking for one car is available on the property. An additional pleasant situation, since the beach is within walking distance, you save the parking fees that have to be paid everywhere on the streets.
If you have an electric car and would like to charge it, this is only possible by arrangement. In general, there are charging stations directly in Porto Vecchio.
