The villa is divided into 3 floors.
The ground floor includes a living room with a TV and an internal fireplaceand a sofa , a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is an open work area with work desk and armchair, one large bedroom with a double bed ( 200 x 180 ), two bedrooms with single beds ( 120 x 200 and 100 x 200 ) ), and a bathroom.
The second floor is a large loft space with one double bed ( 200 x 180 ) and two single beds ( 200 x 100 ), and a gym.
The whole garden is surrounded by a high stone wall, in the garden there is a swimming pool with deck chairs, outdoor kitchen with gas grill, closed garage for two cars.

The villa is located in Sisan, a small town with about 700 inhabitants, located 8 km from Pula, 4 km from Medulin, 6 km from Pula airport, 3 km from the first beach. Within 50 meters there are two small supermarkets, two cafes, two pizzerias and one restaurant, a children's playground and a church.

Dream vacation in Villa Cadeta – a perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences!
We (a group of 8 people) had a wonderful time at Villa Cadeta in Šišan, near Pula – and we can highly recommend this house!
The villa is not only tastefully furnished and excellently equipped, but also offers the ideal setting for a relaxing as well as active holiday. Especially the spacious pool area on the property was a highlight for us – we used it extensively to refresh ourselves after our excursions or simply to relax at the end of the day.
The surroundings offer numerous opportunities for varied activities. We took great day trips to nearby cities like Pula, Rovinj, and Medulin, went on an exciting zipline course, and participated in a dreamy paddle tour – the Istrian coast is just perfect for that. We were also well taken care of in terms of culinary experiences in the region – the restaurants we visited were all fantastic.
A special thanks goes to our host Morena. She was always reachable, extremely warm, and took loving care of the property. With many valuable tips and recommendations, she made our stay even more enjoyable.
Conclusion: Villa Cadeta is an absolute insider tip for anyone looking to spend a stylish, relaxed, and at the same time eventful holiday in Istria. We would come back anytime.

Successful holiday in great accommodation
We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children for 10 nights in this great house.
The house is located in a small, cosy village in Sisan.Super location, to Pula, Prementura or Medulin it is only about 10-14 minutes.
The landlady is also very nice and recommended us some great places and restaurants nearby. Her husband also has a great restaurant in Pula where you can eat deliciously and comfortably.
The pool is big enough and was cleaned every morning. All in all a very clean and recommendable house.

Tolle Ferienhaus-Villa
Hello, we spent 10 days in this beautiful villa. The house is very well equipped and has a lovely pool. The hostess was super nice and even gave us some tips about the area in addition to homemade tomato sauce. 2 restaurants and a small grocery store in the village round off the perfect holiday. Not the last time we were here. Great value for money. See you soon.
