New and charming detached villa, completely independent, surrounded by greenery, but only 200 meters from the lake beaches.
Composed of kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, spacious outdoor living room under the porch, and private garden.
The first large double bedroom with large windows and garden view is on the ground floor. The second bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bed is on the mezzanine, open to the first bedroom (mezzanine with railing and separation curtains). Large and bright bathroom on the ground floor, with spacious shower.
The kitchen is separate from the two bedrooms, connected by the external porch.
Large private and well-fenced garden with olive trees, almond trees, external porch, outdoor kitchen with barbecue.
External porch furnished with rattan table and chairs. Outdoor living area with sofa and armchairs. Outdoor sun loungers.
Night lighting.
Parking inside the property. Free Internet connection, WiFi, satellite TV Eu and Astra, LED lighting with chromotherapy, air conditioning, heating.

Location and surroundings of object
Caprapanca is located in the countryside but is really close to the beaches of Padenghe , Lonato sul Garda and Desenzano del Garda.
Especially close to the Port of Padenghe, where you can rent a boat or take the regular ferry.
A new cycle path connects Caprapanca to the centre of Desenzano del Garda (3 km) at night, which is well lit;
the walk continues towards the main beaches of Padenghe (1 km) served by bars and restaurants, to the port of Moniga (3 km).
The surrounding area is the Valtenesi, perfect for hiking or cycling, or for visiting wine cellars.
Possibility to rent Stand Up Paddle Boards on site.

The village of Padenghe sul Garda is located in a quiet area. From here you can easily reach the most famous places of Lake Garda. While the cities of Verona and Brescia are about 30 km away. The airports of Verona and Bergamo are about 30/40 km away and the train station of Desenzano del Garda is 5 km away.

A feel-good vacation
We had a very nice vacation at the Caprapanca Holiday House. A lovingly furnished house with a beautiful outdoor area. Cristina is a great host who is always there to help with advice and assistance. She had many great tips for us. The garden living room is also a great thing. We even sat outside protected during rain and thunderstorms and enjoyed it.
A bit more cutlery and dishes would be great, so you don't have to wash up right after every meal. We felt very comfortable and would gladly come back!
recommend for: holiday with children, holiday with pet, cultural and sightseeing holiday, romantic holiday
