the view from the terrace is onto a wide canal, the orientation of the terrace is to the west, so that one has something of Florida's sun for a long time during the day,
the villa has an open floor plan (living room, 2 dining areas, American kitchen with large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, smoothie maker) and offers plenty of space,
the master bedroom is very large and connected to the master bathroom, which has a spacious shower, bathtub and a double sink, the two other bedrooms each have their own bathroom,
