Selce. The landlord lives in the house. Very beautiful apartment in the centre of Selce, the suburb of Crikvenica. Thanks to its excellent location and tasteful furnishings, this holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces at their disposal, one parking space is located in front of the house. This is a public, free-of-charge car park. The second parking space is located on a secured private property of the landlord, which is 150 metres from the apartment.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with air conditioning, gas hob (2 burners), fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
