Selce. The landlord lives in the house. Very beautiful apartment in the centre of Selce, the suburb of Crikvenica. Due to the very good location and tasteful furnishings, this holiday apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday. Access via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property and on the street in front of the house. The second parking space is located on a secured private property belonging to the landlord, 150 metres from the apartment.

Bedroom with 1 double bed and with parquet flooring. Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, gas hob (2 burners), fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 5 € per person per stay. Short stay surcharge (less than 3 nights) obligatory 30% per booking per stay.
