Spacious flat on the ground floor (65 m²), completely renovated and insulated in 2014/15 and now lovingly and comfortably refurnished, with 20 m² high terrace facing south with awning and parasol, sunbeds, table and chairs, storage space in the basement, enclosed garden (180 m²) electric barbecue and charcoal grill, open, tiled area with kitchen, entrance, cloakroom and living and dining room (approx. 36 m²). Kitchenette oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. The normal kitchen equipment is complemented by mixer, espresso maker, kettle, toaster and many small bedrooms, bathroom with 2 washbasins, level shower, washing machine, towel dryer, separate toilet. One bedroom with wardrobe, 2 beds (90x200), additional pull-out bed (90x190), night cabinet, radio alarm clock, the 2nd with 2 beds (90x200), wardrobe, shelf, night cabinet. You can use our 4 bikes or park your own in the basement. Our house is ideal for a bathing or relaxing holiday for two or for a family with up to 2 children or for 4 adults.

After 600m you can easily reach the beach on foot without a car. The house is situated on the southern edge of Brétignolles-sur-Mer, about km from the centre, a village without large hotels, with many holiday homes, and km from the centre of Brèm-sur-Mer. Brétignolles-sur-Mer is a well-known surfing area with 13 km of coastline, sandy beach and rocky coastline in the north. Nearby restaurants, shopping, leisure activities, sailing and surfing school, amusement park, Lac des Morinières (fishing), castles (La Guigniardière, ), museums, network of cycling and hiking trails. Free WIFI in front of the media library. Ile d' Yeu and Ile Noirmoutiers (road through the sea, navigable at low tide), Marais Poitevin (marshes). The house is located in a one-way street between the port of Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie (approx. 17 km) and Les Sables d Olonne (approx. 17 km, starting point of the Vendée Globe circumnavigation 8 November 2020). In the main season the municipality offers numerous activities and events, some of which are free of charge, such as fireworks on 14 July and 15 August and open air concerts. Numerous festivals and markets in the area.

The rental prices vary depending on the season between 350,00 € and 784,00 € per week with a maximum occupancy of 4 persons and include the costs for water, electricity and heating. Payment of the rent by bank transfer, 20% down payment at the time of booking, remaining rent and tourist tax at least 4 weeks before the beginning of the rental period.
Our house is optimally equipped for 2 to 4 persons. 5. Person (child) possibly on request for an extra charge.
In the high season arrival usually on Friday and for 14 days, in the low season arrival from Saturday or by arrangement possible, also shorter rental period.

Top equipped holiday apartment near the beach.
We spent 10 great days in the holiday apartment LES DUNES with four people. The equipment of the house leaves nothing to be desired. Everything is really well thought out. Equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher, it saves a lot of work. Our children were very happy about the provided sand toys and bodyboards, and we were even allowed to use the bicycles. I have never experienced a better equipped holiday home. Also, rarely have I seen one that was as clean as this one.
The communication went smoothly and the landlords took care of the organization and handover in a lovely and fast manner. We were provided with a lot of information about the house, the place and the directions.
A beautiful beach, where surfers can also find suitable waves, is within walking distance, as is a small amusement park (no noise disturbance from this). There are also various restaurants.
We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend a stay in the holiday home LES DUNES. Thank you very much!
