This premium, semi-detached XXL house is a short walk from the beach. It's located in a quiet residential area of single-family homes, close to the resort center, where you'll find numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. For larger purchases or more attractions, neighboring Kołobrzeg invites you. The hosts live in a separate, smaller house on the same property.

This three-story house is situated on a well-maintained, fenced property. The ground floor features a large, open-plan space with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. The ground floor also features one bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and an additional toilet. On the first floor are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a recreation room. Upstairs, in the attic, there's a fourth bedroom with its own bathroom. The property is equipped with a washing machine (use for an additional fee of €50/week). There are two large terraces with lounge furniture. There are barbecue facilities and secure parking. Wireless internet is available.
NOTE: The hosts strictly refuse to accommodate groups of youth, students, etc. A quiet nighttime curfew is in effect between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, internet, parking, and final cleaning.
The location allows for quick access to the seaside beach. Poland's longest bike path (R-10) is just 100 meters from the apartment complex, making it easy and enjoyable to cycle to the neighboring resorts of Kolobrzeg, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, and Ustronie Morskie.

The contact with the landlords was particularly good and they reacted quickly when the dishwasher broke down. A big praise! The reception was very nice. It was helpful that the owners were initially in their small cottage on the property and did not disturb at any time.
