Recommended

We were in the holiday home for 10 days and felt very comfortable. The kitchen offers everything you need; nothing is missing. The outdoor area is also nice, in the middle of greenery. The landlords are very warm and helpful. We would love to come back.

Family vacation in the mountains

Very nice, friendly, and helpful hosts.
The house is very well equipped, nothing is missing for daily use.
Beautiful facilities.
Great garden with good outdoor equipment.
Price is great!
Super location, great area.
You can easily reach everything on foot.
Lots of greenery, many birds.
House is very close to the forest.
Near the beach, about a 10-minute drive.
We can only recommend it.
We are thrilled, it couldn't have been better!

Everything is great

We felt very comfortable in the pretty holiday cottage. Everything on one level, perfect for toddlers. Very friendly landlords who catered to all our needs. The equipment, especially the kitchen, left nothing to be desired. Everything was very clean. Very quiet location near the forest. Inexpensive!

Clean, affordable accommodation

We were there for a week in July. The accommodation is a bit dated (honestly speaking), but everything is clean. The equipment is fine, everything you need is there. Bergen is within walking distance. It is a very nice place with everything you need. Nearby is Alkmaar, the cheese market is highly recommended. The only somewhat difficult thing was that dogs are not allowed in Bergen aan Zee during the summer months during the day. We then simply drove a bit further, with some Googling it's easy to find out. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We cannot complain about anything. We had a lovely vacation and would love to come back.

The location in the greenery is a dream, shopping facilities are nearby, and everything is easily reachable on foot.

Wunderschönes Haus

The house is in a top location behind the landlord's house in Bergen, very quiet and yet close to the center. You are immediately in the greenery. Everything was very clean, and regarding the kitchen equipment, it can be said that everything was sufficiently available. There is also more than enough space and very spacious. For us, a clear recommendation: we will come back!

Schönes und gemütliches Ferienhaus

The holiday home of the Grooff family was an absolute stroke of luck. The landlords were super friendly, the location near the forest and fields was suitable for pets, and in a few minutes' walk through a kind of villa quarter, you are in the city center. The house has a cozy atmosphere. The kitchen, dining, and living area are beautifully bright, and the sleeping and bathroom area is easily accessible. In good weather, the garden area invites you to linger in the sun. The equipment of the holiday home is well-maintained and comprehensive: sufficient crockery and cutlery, the dishwasher takes care of the dishes, and for emergencies there is the washing machine.
We are completely satisfied and would love to come back.

Entäuschend

We were unfortunately somewhat disappointed, not fenced in, therefore not suitable for dogs and small children. Everything unlovingly and sparsely furnished. Very dark bedrooms and the WLAN in the house leaves much to be desired, a pity, we will not come back.

Das Ferienhaus ist auf drei Seiten eingezäunt.
Ist aber nicht geeignet, den Hund zurückzulassen und zu verlassen.
Wir wollen aus hygienischen und allergischen Gründen auch keinen Hund in den Schlafzimmern haben, dem hat der Gast nicht zugestimmt.
Wir empfangen regelmäßig Gäste mit kleinen Kindern und haben darüber keine Beschwerden.
1 Schlafzimmer ist in der Tat dunkel, wenn Sie die Vorhänge schließen.
Es gab noch keine Beschwerden über den Innenraum und werden regelmäßig angepasst.
Die Gäste hatten viel Regen und es war bewölkt.
Es ist eine Schande, dass ich während ihres Aufenthalts nicht über diese Punkte informiert worden bin.

Beautiful holiday home

We came across this holiday home by chance and were very satisfied
very satisfied. The house is spacious and offered enough
enough space for 4 of us and our little dog.
Everything was clean, the kitchen very spacious, the living room very
Living room very cosy. Dishwasher and washing machine were available, which was a big advantage. The landlords were very friendly, helpful and unobtrusive.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the beautiful town of Bergen and 15 minutes by car to the beach.
The price/performance ratio is right. Recommendable!

Greetings to Bergen

We came across this holiday home by chance when we were looking for accommodation at short notice for 4 people with a small family dog for the autumn holidays .... and were thrilled!!!
Now we are here for the fourth time and are delighted with the spacious, bright and well-equipped house.
The location is quiet and yet central for the sea, the small nice town of Bergen and cycling tours in the wonderful dune landscape.
The landlords are very nice and attentive to make the guests' stay pleasant.
We would love to come back and will definitely do so soon!

Beautiful vacation in Bergerwald

For over 10 years, we have been renting the holiday home of the Groof family. We (3 people with a dog) have always been warmly welcomed. The holiday home is well equipped, very clean, and located in a quiet area. The proximity to the forest invites you to beautiful walks. The beaches and dunes can be reached in a few minutes. The artist village Bergen is worth a visit due to its events and cozy pubs and restaurants. The Groof family is very friendly and has always been helpful. We will keep spending our holidays at the Groof family's.

disappointing

Luxury holiday home?
Damp and cold rooms, no suitable ventilation, mold formation, poorly cleaned dishes and cutlery, not enough towels, hairdryer only provided upon request. Offer was for pets, but small dog not allowed in the bedroom. No elevator as advertised; also no guest toilet. Early departure necessary due to allergy (respiratory tract).

Dieser Text ruhen nicht die Wahrheit.

Alle Zimmern verfügen über zu öffnende Fenster
Schimmelbildung : durch die Mieter erfundene.
Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler vorhanden, gibt es nichts darüber gesagt, schmutziges Geschirr, bevor die Gäste ankommen, dies wird überprüft.
Es gibt keinen Aufzug, ist alles ebenerdig !!! (mit Parkett)
Weitere Handtücher ist leider nicht angefordert.
Keiner der Vorwürfe während des Aufenthalts hier Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Der Gast war al krank bei der Ankunft.
Kein Hund im Schlafzimmer ist es, Gäste zu schützen mit Allergien.
Dies ist die erste Beschwerde in 18 Jahren und nicht korrekt.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in Bergen

For the second time, we spent our vacation in the house and have already booked again for next year. The house is very spacious, as there were only two of us, we had more than enough space. There is a well-equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, and the sanitary facilities are also in good condition. It was very clean, and upon request, we received new towels midweek. The not visible terrace was also nice, where we could have breakfast and grill undisturbed. Bergen is a beautiful place with many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. You can take lovely bike rides to the sea (approximately 5 km) or to Alkmaar. The dune reserve area is also very nice. The proximity to Amsterdam (approximately 45 km) makes for an interesting day trip. The hosts are very nice and helpful too.
