The property features a lovely garden with a lawn, perfect for family relaxation. Start your day with a hearty breakfast on your balcony or roof terrace, enjoying fantastic mountain views. Just 900 meters from your apartment, you’ll find Austria’s warmest swimming lake, Klopeiner See, known for its drinking water quality and unique mountain setting. The lake, 1.8 km long and 800 m wide, is ideal for swimming and outdoor activities.
The area offers plenty of opportunities for an active holiday, including long walks, cycling along the Drau River, or mountain biking. WiFi is available in the apartment.
At Klopeiner See, you can relax on the beaches or enjoy various water sports. The lake’s drinking water quality makes it perfect for swimmers, and its spring water clarity attracts divers, with visibility up to 15 meters. Sports fishermen can also enjoy the lake (with a fishing license), and your host, an avid fisherman, can offer expert advice. The newly designed lakeside promenade is great for hiking, and festivals add to the entertainment.
The accommodation is a great base for outdoor activities, with cycling, walking, and Nordic walking trails nearby. From May to September, guided tours are available through the local tourist office. What a hidden gem! We spent a week here, and it was perfect, The flat was beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well-stocked, We took advantage of the nearby cycling paths and enjoyed some great family hikes, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat

Klopeiner See is literally a 10-min walk and the water is so clear, Swam like a mermaid, no cap, The hosts are super nice and really make you feel at home, Perfect spot for an active getaway
