We were looking forward to a large house within walking distance of the beach.
The latter was as described and was a pleasant walk. On the beach side is a small village with a nice local market on Sundays with vegetables / fruit / meat / fish and nice trinkets such as jewelry, clothing and baskets.
The house in it was a bit disappointing. The house is furnished with old, incomplete household goods and worn furniture. It had rained and the house smelled very damp. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls in the living room and bedroom and mold was on the mute. According to the owner a leakage problem on the balcony.
The house is very outdated and looks uncomfortable. The tables are covered with plastic protective sheets.
The kitchen is very cramped and impractical laid out. There is a well-functioning microwave, gas stove and dishwasher. There are two refrigerators, one of which is leaking moisture. Makes a lot of mess on the floor!
You have to go through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. This bathroom is small but okay! The shower works well! Only the well was clogged, so that the gutter overflowed on the first day. Everything was wet! We ourselves have cleaned the well of hair from the previous tenants….
There is a well-functioning washing machine in the bathroom.
To get to the top you have to go over a very narrow spiral staircase. So narrow that you can hardly cross it with a weekend bag.
Upstairs is the second toilet and bathroom. There you shower in the bath without shower screen or curtain.
There are two comfortable lounge chairs in the garden. And two picnic tables.
We had 3 cars with us that we had to park next to the owner's car on the property. That was tight. And apparently the garages on that same site were also rented out and one morning at 6.45 a car was idling and a strange man was at our door asking if we could move our car. He wanted to get his Porsche out of the garage.
