Lovingly renovated country house with private terrace. The picturesque property with a total of three residential units is located on a large shared garden plot in the hinterland of the bay of the famous Mont St. Michel. The property, which dates back to the 18th century, has been renovated with great attention to detail and decorated in subtle colours. Beautiful natural stone walls, high beamed ceilings and warm parquet floors have been successfully combined with modern building elements and provide a particularly cozy atmosphere. The large garden offers plenty of space for the children, who will certainly enjoy themselves on the trampoline and other play equipment. They are also happy to help feed the small animals on the adjacent property. After beautiful walks or bathing fun, the fireplace invites you to cozy drinks in the evening. The small town of Bacilly is an ideal starting point for exploring the tourist strongholds of the region. Whether the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Mont St. Michel, the lively seaside and harbor town of Granville, the episcopal city of Avranches or the numerous historical sites.

Nice host. The cottage was nicely decorated and neat and clean. Beds are fine, albeit of French size (140 cm wide). Fully equipped, the two showers are very convenient. Outdoor seating is very nice with the animals. Wifi works very poorly in the house, there is no 4G range in the house and very poor outside. Many nice trips in the area. Location is quiet and offers good privacy.

For the amount we paid the house was insufficient. The downstairs area (kitchen - living room) was too small, the kitchen wasn't stocked enough (barely enough glasses for 4 ppl and this was a house for 6 persons) and the small couch could seat 2 ppl only. Worst of all was the Wi-Fi. Nowadays ppl rely on the internet to look up excursions to do in their holiday. Alas, this was barely possible because the wireless connection was abysmal. Good for low budget holiday staying, but at 2300€ too overpriced.
