The bed was hard and uncomfortable and as described above we would have liked to have used the terrace too,

The toilet by the pool was very dirty. On request, photo by mail! Despite our mention and a promise from the staff, this toilet was not cleaned even once. It looked as if it had been left to itself for weeks or months. Disgusting!! Furthermore, it would be important to clarify the question of terrace or balcony beforehand and not as a surprise! Also, the floor of the holiday apartment was rather dirty when we moved in and had to be wiped the next day. After showering, we all got black soles on our feet when walking barefoot on the apartment's tiles. They must have overlooked it.
