The bed was hard and uncomfortable and as described above we would have liked to have used the terrace too,

The manager on site was missing something like a voucher, preferably in English or in the local language,

The toilet at the pool was very dirty, on request photo by mail! Even on our notice and a promise from the employee, this toilet was not cleaned once, it looked like it had been left to its own devices for weeks or months, ugh!! It would also be important to have clarified the question of terrace or balcony beforehand and not as a surprise! The floor of the apartment was also rather dirty when we moved into it and had to be wiped off the next day. After the shower, we all got black soles when walking barefoot on the tiles of the apartment, it must have been overlooked,
