Holiday complex opened in 2011 with 136 very modern, spacious accommodation units and swimming pool in southern Corsica on the Gulf of Porto Vecchio. The complex, set in a 4-hectare property with pine forest, blends harmoniously into the landscape and offers an impressive panoramic view of Porto Vecchio and the salt pans of Porto Vecchio. The comfortable apartments each have a large terrace (between 20 and 100 square meters, depending on the type), ideal for outdoor dining. At the communal pool (600 sqm, open acc. to wheather conditions) you can also find a pool bar.

The negative points are: the noise of the chairs on the terrace people drag them it would be necessary to put skates there quickly because the noise is just horrible at 8am. The swimming pool certain rules are not respected because nobody supervises this party several children bring back large ball, inflatable boats for children, I could see a man smoking there and children eating. Someone would have to come by from time to time and ensure that order is maintained. Positive points the residence is rather quiet and very clean good maintenance of the swimming pool and the garden parties pity that evenings are not organized for the residents.
