Directly on the beach, in wonderfully overgrown surroundings in Pineta.
The apartment house with 32 residential units, elevator, communal garden and a small play area offers simply furnished apartments.
The name of the district can be traced back to the numerous pine trees that you will notice when you arrive. There is also plenty of greenery and beautifully grown pine trees in the complex's garden area to provide shady spots. If it gets too warm for you, just jump into the Adriatic Sea right outside the door.
Pineta is a district of the seaside resort of Lido di Jesolo and the open Adriatic. A little quieter and in the middle, you can relax from everyday stress in the shade of pine forests. Or have fun on the lively shopping street in the center. From the church to the sea there are many small shops as well as nice cafes and restaurants.

Activities nearby: Excursion tips: From mid-June to mid-July, sand sculptures are erected on the beach section "Spiaggia di Piazza Brescia" with a specific theme. Artfully designed figures are waiting to be admired. In mid-August, a big summer festival with breathtaking fireworks takes place every year in Lido di Jesolo. At the grape festival in September, colorfully decorated floats drive through the streets and celebrate the grape harvest. This parade is one of the highlights: grapes are distributed and wine is given out for tasting. Families can visit the “Caribe Bay” aqua park (7 km), one of the largest water paradises in Europe. Fish lovers will find numerous good fish restaurants in the Cortelazzo fishing district

The highlights stated in the object description were formulated incorrectly: beach service at the private beach = the private beach is not at the sea, but refers to the garden of the house. The house is showing its age: a very musty smell in the hallways.

The boat trip to Venice is recommended, the port is only a 5 minute drive away, but in conclusion we were satisfied and Lido di Jesolo is only to be recommended, we were four in a 3-room apartment, The beds were okay, only with the fifth bed you were afraid to fall through when sitting on it and the sixth bed was only a sofa bed, (room 27) In the kitchen was quite little crockery

Maybe one could find a solution with the local agency so that the key handover can be done more quickly. According to other vacationers waiting, this spectacle of standing in line for hours on the arrival-departure day is normal. In the high season, it seems that you can't get your key in under 1 hour. The opening hours are also very limited. Quite a few vacationers (especially those with children) arrive early.
