Former country estate with apartments just 900 meters from the sea. After a 5-10 minute walk through the green pine forest you will reach the gently sloping sandy beaches that stretch picturesquely along the coast. The estate is made up of several buildings which are beautifully set in the large gardens, located between Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto. There are wonderfully long and free beaches north of Marina di Grosseto.Highlights: WLANNote: the apartment can be on the ground floor or on 2 floors. Use of the swimming pool at Camping le Marze, 600 meters away, on request and for a fee. barbecue is not allowed. We have known this complex for 20 years, unfortunately almost nothing is invested there, the original furniture is still there, the bathrooms have been renovated

A real insider tip! Mariella is the pearl on site who organizes everything very well! Fantastic location, a lot of mosquitoes, we weren't prepared for that, the beach is awesome, we'll definitely go there again,

The location of the complex is wonderful - we have been coming back for many years, Castiglione della Pescaia is the most beautiful place on the Tuscan coast and a stroll through the alleys of the old town always enchants and everyone we have lured here, addictive: 100%! The houses themselves are spacious (not a matter of course in Italy) and, depending on the category, are blessed with 2 bathrooms. Anyone who has ever had a holiday with 5 (3 pubescent daughters) and only had one bathroom appreciates everything that Tuscany has to offer - charm you can find here - not exactly cheap for the quite simple facility, but all in all one of our heart's goals and therefore again and again,
